一種寬帶高效反射型超材料極化旋轉(zhuǎn)器

【摘要】:采用六邊形金屬貼片狀超材料結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計并制作了一種寬帶、反射型極化旋轉(zhuǎn)器.該結(jié)構(gòu)可以在較寬的工作頻帶內(nèi)將特定角度入射的線極化波旋轉(zhuǎn)90°,從而使反射波與入射波極化正交.根據(jù)各向異性理論解釋了極化旋轉(zhuǎn)器的工作原理,分析了該結(jié)構(gòu)的等效電路,仿真了主要參數(shù)對其性能的影響.最終通過實際加工、測試證明了:當(dāng)電磁波垂直入射時,該結(jié)構(gòu)在8.41~11.3GHz的頻帶內(nèi)極化轉(zhuǎn)換率大于90%.
[Abstract]:A broadband and reflective polarization rotator is designed and fabricated by using hexagonal metal patch supermaterial structure. In this structure, the linear polarization wave incident at a specific angle can be rotated 90 擄in a wide working frequency band, so that the reflected wave is orthogonal to the polarization of the incident wave. According to the anisotropy theory, the working principle of the polarization rotator is explained, the equivalent circuit of the structure is analyzed, and the influence of the main parameters on its performance is simulated. Finally, through practical processing, it is proved that when the electromagnetic wave is incident vertically, the polarization conversion rate of the structure in the frequency band of 8.41~11.3GHz is more than 90%.
