介質(zhì)阻擋放電中兩種亮暗點(diǎn)菱形斑圖的光譜研究

【摘要】:空氣和氬氣混合氣體的雙水電極介質(zhì)阻擋放電裝置中,在電壓升高過程中首次發(fā)現(xiàn)了兩種由亮點(diǎn)和暗點(diǎn)組成的亮暗點(diǎn)菱形斑圖。通過觀察斑圖照片可以發(fā)現(xiàn):第一種菱形斑圖(菱形斑圖Ⅰ)中的暗點(diǎn)處于由亮點(diǎn)組成的菱形單元的中心;第二種菱形斑圖(菱形斑圖Ⅱ)中的暗點(diǎn)恰好處于周圍其他三個(gè)亮點(diǎn)的中心位置。利用發(fā)射光譜法,通過采集氮分子(N_2)第二正帶系(C~3Π_u→B~3Π_g)發(fā)射譜線和氬原子696.54nm(2P_2→1S_5)譜線的展寬,研究了兩種菱形斑圖中亮點(diǎn)和暗點(diǎn)的分子振動(dòng)溫度和電子密度。實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn):兩種菱形斑圖中暗點(diǎn)的分子振動(dòng)溫度均高于亮點(diǎn),相對(duì)菱形斑圖Ⅰ來說,菱形斑圖Ⅱ中的亮點(diǎn)和暗點(diǎn)的分子振動(dòng)溫度均升高;而菱形斑圖Ⅰ中暗點(diǎn)的電子密度低于亮點(diǎn),菱形斑圖Ⅱ中亮點(diǎn)和暗點(diǎn)的電子密度卻幾乎相等。兩種菱形斑圖中電子密度表現(xiàn)出不同的變化趨勢(shì),且在菱形斑圖Ⅱ中表現(xiàn)出的規(guī)律尤為特殊,因而采用高速錄像機(jī)對(duì)菱形斑圖Ⅱ進(jìn)行短曝光拍攝觀察斑圖中亮點(diǎn)和暗點(diǎn)的成分,發(fā)現(xiàn)暗點(diǎn)是體放電和沿面放電共存的狀態(tài)。進(jìn)一步研究從菱形斑圖Ⅰ到菱形斑圖Ⅱ的演化過程中三種斑圖中亮點(diǎn)的電子密度,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):演化中間過程的斑圖中的亮點(diǎn)的電子密度最大,菱形斑圖Ⅱ中亮點(diǎn)的電子密度最低。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)于研究斑圖的自組織形成過程具有參考作用。
