基于.net的第三方物流激光掃描終端

【摘要】:針對當(dāng)前第三方物流管理系統(tǒng)化程度低、功能單一、信息傳輸和共享不暢通等不足,提出基于.net框架的第三方物流激光掃描終端設(shè)激光掃描終端系統(tǒng)主要由機(jī)械部分和光路部分兩大模塊構(gòu)成,其中機(jī)械部分由主控單元、智能升降旋轉(zhuǎn)臺、C型掃描臂組成;光路部分將轉(zhuǎn)鏡、激光器、濾光鏡、激光準(zhǔn)直擴(kuò)束裝置等光學(xué)元件集成于具有電驅(qū)動(dòng)功能的激光測頭中,以實(shí)現(xiàn)全方位無死角的貨物掃描;在軟件控制流程方面,基于微軟的.net框架設(shè)計(jì)一種3層次的數(shù)據(jù)交互邏輯,提高現(xiàn)代三方物流管理的效率。終端系統(tǒng)可以有效改善傳統(tǒng)三方物流的弊端,數(shù)據(jù)管理高效、準(zhǔn)確,數(shù)據(jù)共享快捷、暢通。
[Abstract]:In view of the current third-party logistics management low degree of systematization, single function, information transmission and sharing is not smooth, and so on. The third party logistics laser scanning terminal based on. Net frame is designed. The laser scanning terminal system is mainly composed of two modules: mechanical part and optical circuit part, in which the mechanical part is composed of main control unit, intelligent lifting and rotating table and C-type scanning arm. Optical elements such as rotating mirror, laser, filter and laser collimation beam expanding device are integrated into laser probe with electric driving function, so as to realize omni-directional non-dead angle cargo scanning. In the aspect of software control process, based on Microsoft. Net framework, a three-level data interaction logic is designed to improve the efficiency of modern three-party logistics management. Terminal system can effectively improve the disadvantages of traditional three-party logistics, data management is efficient, accurate, data sharing is fast and smooth.
