【摘要】：為了更加準確地測量出汽輪機末級蒸汽濕度,為鍋爐給水量提供依據(jù),促進汽輪機內(nèi)部除濕技術(shù)的發(fā)展,采用了后向角散射法的思路設(shè)計了濕蒸汽參數(shù)測量模型,并對模型所需物理量進行了詳細的計算,為后向散射法測量蒸汽濕度的研究提供參考。通過對模型進行仿真模擬以及實驗研究,得到了后向散射光光強數(shù)據(jù)。通過對比仿真模擬數(shù)據(jù)與實驗數(shù)據(jù),驗證了該模型的可行性與有效性,對光散射法測量蒸汽濕度的實驗分析以及工程實踐具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In order to measure the humidity of steam turbine at last stage more accurately, to provide the basis for water supply of boiler and to promote the development of dehumidification technology in steam turbine, a model for measuring wet steam parameters is designed by using the backward angle scattering method. The physical quantities needed by the model are calculated in detail, which provides a reference for the study of the measurement of vapor humidity by backscattering method. Through the simulation and experimental study of the model, the backscattered light intensity data are obtained. The feasibility and validity of the model are verified by comparing the simulation data with the experimental data. It is of great significance for the experimental analysis and engineering practice of measuring steam humidity by light scattering method.
