【摘要】：為了更加準(zhǔn)確地測(cè)量出汽輪機(jī)末級(jí)蒸汽濕度,為鍋爐給水量提供依據(jù),促進(jìn)汽輪機(jī)內(nèi)部除濕技術(shù)的發(fā)展,采用了后向角散射法的思路設(shè)計(jì)了濕蒸汽參數(shù)測(cè)量模型,并對(duì)模型所需物理量進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算,為后向散射法測(cè)量蒸汽濕度的研究提供參考。通過(guò)對(duì)模型進(jìn)行仿真模擬以及實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,得到了后向散射光光強(qiáng)數(shù)據(jù)。通過(guò)對(duì)比仿真模擬數(shù)據(jù)與實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),驗(yàn)證了該模型的可行性與有效性,對(duì)光散射法測(cè)量蒸汽濕度的實(shí)驗(yàn)分析以及工程實(shí)踐具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In order to measure the humidity of steam turbine at last stage more accurately, to provide the basis for water supply of boiler and to promote the development of dehumidification technology in steam turbine, a model for measuring wet steam parameters is designed by using the backward angle scattering method. The physical quantities needed by the model are calculated in detail, which provides a reference for the study of the measurement of vapor humidity by backscattering method. Through the simulation and experimental study of the model, the backscattered light intensity data are obtained. The feasibility and validity of the model are verified by comparing the simulation data with the experimental data. It is of great significance for the experimental analysis and engineering practice of measuring steam humidity by light scattering method.
