基于磁光子晶體的太赫茲選路開關(guān)和分束器

【摘要】:利用鐵氧體材料磁導(dǎo)率隨外加磁場強(qiáng)度變化的性質(zhì),提出了一種基于二維磁光子晶體的THz選路光開關(guān)和分束器。采用PWM(平面波展開法)和FDTD(有限差分時域)法進(jìn)行了數(shù)值計算和仿真分析,結(jié)果表明,該選路光開關(guān)的插入損耗為0.017dB,消光比高達(dá)26.97dB,最大穩(wěn)定時間約為25.3ps;分束器的附加損耗僅為0.07dB,且分光比幾乎為1∶1。利用該結(jié)構(gòu)實現(xiàn)的THz選路開關(guān)和分束器,在未來的集成光路中具有很好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Based on the properties of ferrite material permeability varying with the applied magnetic field intensity, a novel THz path selector and beam splitter based on two-dimensional magneto-photonic crystal is proposed. PWM (plane wave expansion) method and FDTD (finite difference time domain) method are used to carry out numerical calculation and simulation analysis. The results show that the insertion loss of the switch is 0.017 dB, the extinction ratio is up to 26.97 dB, and the maximum stabilization time is about 25.3 pss. The additional loss of the beam splitter is only 0.07dB and the light splitting ratio is almost 1: 1. The THz routing switch and beam splitter realized by this structure have a good application prospect in the future integrated optical path.
