用于等離子體診斷的新型X射線譜儀

【摘要】:為了診斷熱核聚變等離子體狀態(tài),研制了用于熱斑區(qū)等離子體診斷用的新型X射線譜儀,能夠同時探測X射線光譜與聚爆靶圖像信息。光譜檢測功能由4塊橢圓晶體分析器實現(xiàn),分別覆蓋2~20keV能帶范圍不同能帶的X射;圖像檢測功能由分幅相機匹配小孔陣列成像完成,理想狀態(tài)能夠得到20幅不同時間的聚爆靶圖像。在中物院"神光-Ⅱ"升級裝置上進行了打靶實驗,獲取了X射線光譜與聚爆靶圖像信號。分析了光譜及圖像信息,并針對光譜儀漏光問題改進了譜儀結(jié)構(gòu)。在神光-Ⅲ原型裝置上進行了驗證實驗,獲得比較理想的圖像信號,信噪比(SNR)數(shù)據(jù)達到30。
[Abstract]:In order to diagnose the state of thermonuclear fusion plasma, a new X-ray spectrometer for the diagnosis of plasma in hot spot region has been developed, which can simultaneously detect X-ray spectrum and target image information. The spectrum detection function is realized by four elliptical crystal analyzers, which cover the X-ray emission of different energy bands in the 2~20keV band range respectively. The function of image detection is accomplished by the matching aperture array of the splitter camera, and 20 target images with different time can be obtained in ideal state.
