【摘要】：文章綜述了近幾年來自旋超導(dǎo)領(lǐng)域的研究進(jìn)展。自旋超導(dǎo)態(tài)是由電荷為零自旋非零的玻色子在低溫下凝聚成的超流態(tài)。文章將介紹自旋超導(dǎo)態(tài)的類倫敦方程、類金茲堡—朗道方程及其BCS(Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer)型哈密頓量。然后利用這些方程和理論,導(dǎo)出自旋超導(dǎo)體的一些有趣現(xiàn)象,如:零自旋阻現(xiàn)象、電邁斯納效應(yīng)和自旋流約瑟夫森效應(yīng)。此外,作者也討論了一些很可能是自旋超導(dǎo)體的候選體系,自旋超導(dǎo)體的應(yīng)用前景,以及該子領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展前景展望。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the research progress in the field of spin superconducting in recent years. The spin superconducting state is a superfluid state condensed at low temperature by a boson whose charge is zero spin non zero. In this paper, we introduce the quasi-London equation, the Kinzburg-Landau equation and the BCS (Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer) type Hamiltonian of the spin superconducting state. By using these equations and theories, some interesting phenomena of spin superconductors, such as zero spin resistance, electric Meissner effect and spin Josephson effect, are derived. In addition, the authors also discuss some possible candidate systems for spin superconductors, the application prospects of spin superconductors, and the prospects for the development of this subfield.
