光纖端面加工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:通過VB6.0開發(fā)上位機的人機控制程序界面,設(shè)計一種可以通過可編程多軸控制PMAC的開放式微磨床控制系統(tǒng)。通過對PMAC多軸控制器的硬件構(gòu)建及運動程序、PLC程序等軟件的編寫,完成了針對光纖透鏡零編程微磨床控制系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:The man-machine control program interface of upper computer is developed by VB6.0, and an open micro-grinding machine control system is designed, which can control PMAC through programmable multi-axis. Based on the hardware construction and motion program of PMAC multi-axis controller and the programming of PLC program, the control system of micro-grinding machine with zero programming for fiber lens is developed.
