同軸結(jié)構(gòu)中壓力波法測量空間電荷分布的物理模型研究

【摘要】:從壓力波法測量平板樣本中空間電荷分布的理論分析出發(fā),提出了對于同軸結(jié)構(gòu)的固體電介質(zhì)中空間電荷分布的壓力波法測量的物理模型,并得出了測量電流的解析的數(shù)學表達式.依據(jù)泊松方程,考慮樣品內(nèi)的電場強度、介電常數(shù)和空間電荷密度隨外界聲波擾動而發(fā)生變化,將圓柱試樣受到的壓力波的影響分解成樣品形變和質(zhì)點位移兩部分,進而得到了以同軸結(jié)構(gòu)中空間電荷分布的壓力波法測量的電壓與電流表達式.測量電流的數(shù)學表達式表明,對于同軸結(jié)構(gòu),壓力波法的測量電流信號不像平板結(jié)構(gòu)中那樣基本正比于空間電荷分布,而是應該做進一步的修正處理.
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical analysis of space charge distribution in flat plate samples measured by pressure wave method, a physical model of pressure wave measurement for space charge distribution in coaxial solid dielectric is proposed. The analytical mathematical expression of the measuring current is obtained. According to Poisson's equation, considering the change of electric field intensity, dielectric constant and space charge density with external acoustic disturbance, the influence of pressure wave on cylindrical specimen is decomposed into two parts: sample deformation and particle displacement. The expressions of voltage and current measured by pressure wave method with space charge distribution in coaxial structure are obtained. The mathematical expression of the measuring current shows that for the coaxial structure, the current signal measured by the pressure wave method is not basically proportional to the space charge distribution as in the flat plate structure, but should be further modified.
