大視場(chǎng)寬景深雙遠(yuǎn)心系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:為了滿足基于機(jī)器視覺(jué)的復(fù)雜零件表面質(zhì)量在線實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)的需求,根據(jù)雙遠(yuǎn)心成像原理和像差理論基礎(chǔ),采用ZEMAX光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)軟件,設(shè)計(jì)了一款大視場(chǎng)寬景深的雙遠(yuǎn)心光學(xué)系統(tǒng)。所設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)僅由6塊透鏡組成,工作波長(zhǎng)在可見(jiàn)光范圍內(nèi),系統(tǒng)放大率為-0.061,工作距離大于390mm,最大視場(chǎng)達(dá)到180mm。結(jié)果表明,光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的最大畸變小于0.1%,景深范圍達(dá)到80mm,調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)在全視場(chǎng)100lp/mm處大于0.4,遠(yuǎn)心度最大值控制在0.012°內(nèi);各種像差均得到很好的矯正,像質(zhì)優(yōu)良。該設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)符合雙遠(yuǎn)心系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the need of on-line real-time detection of surface quality of complex parts based on machine vision, based on the principle of double telecentric imaging and aberration theory, a double telecentric optical system with large field of view and wide depth of field was designed by using ZEMAX optical design software. The designed system consists of only 6 lenses, the operating wavelength is in the visible range, the system magnification is -0.061, the operating distance is more than 390 mm, and the maximum field of view is 180 mm. The results show that the maximum distortion of the optical system is less than 0.1 mm, the depth of field reaches 80 mm, the modulation transfer function is greater than 0.4 at the full field of view 100lp/mm, the maximum of telecentric is controlled within 0.012 擄, and all kinds of aberrations are well corrected and the image quality is good. The design structure meets the general design requirements of the dual telecentric system.
