高熱穩(wěn)定性高精細度光學法布里-珀羅腔系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:設(shè)計了由超低膨脹玻璃材料制作的光學法布里-珀羅(F-P)腔及其真空控溫系統(tǒng),通過雙重控溫系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了F-P腔在環(huán)境溫度為10~40℃范圍的精確控制,該系統(tǒng)在24h內(nèi)的溫度波動約為±0.004℃。通過分析F-P腔的共振頻率和銫原子飽和吸收譜,獲得了F-P腔的共振頻率和腔體材料膨脹系數(shù)隨溫度的變化。通過對測得的數(shù)據(jù)進行擬合,可以精確確定零膨脹溫度為29.286±0.057℃。所提出的溫度控制系統(tǒng)有望獲得熱穩(wěn)定度為3.494×10~(-14)的光學頻率標準。
