用于高溫高壓剪切流場的Gardon計研制

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)Gardon計一般為薄壁康銅片結構,通常應用于輻射熱流的測量。當應用在高壓對流環(huán)境中,存在承壓能力不足、受對流加熱不均勻性影響的問題。從Gardon計基本原理出發(fā),以數(shù)值仿真分析了康銅箔厚度對傳熱特性的影響,推導了對流環(huán)境測量誤差與對流換熱系數(shù)和靈敏度系數(shù)的明確顯式關系;并利用數(shù)值計算驗證了其正確性。根據(jù)理論分析,設計并研制了適用于電弧風洞流場的Gardon計和復合型熱流傳感器,后者集成了Gardon計和水卡計的功能,可同時用兩種方法測量表面熱流。標定實驗結果顯示,傳感器樣件均具有較好的線性度(小于1.5%)和時間常數(shù),水卡計經固定系數(shù)修正后與標準熱流相對誤差小于3.7%,當戈登計受對流換熱影響較大時,可為其提供參考。
[Abstract]:Conventional Gardon gauges are generally thin-walled constantan sheets, which are usually used to measure radiant heat flux. When they are used in high-pressure convective environment, there are problems such as insufficient pressure bearing capacity and the influence of convective heating nonuniformity. The relationship between ambient measurement error and convective heat transfer coefficient and sensitivity coefficient is explicit, and its correctness is verified by numerical calculation. Based on theoretical analysis, Gardon meter and composite heat flow sensor for arc wind tunnel flow field are designed and developed. The calibration results show that the sensor samples have good linearity (less than 1.5%) and time constant. The relative error between the calibrated water calorimeter and the standard heat flow is less than 3.7% after the correction of the fixed coefficient. When the Gordon meter is greatly affected by convective heat transfer, it can provide a reference for it.
