基于已知振幅信息約束的疊層光電成像

【摘要】:為提高樣品的重建精度及魯棒性,提出一種可見(jiàn)光域上基于已知振幅信息約束的疊層成像方法。本方法僅需將待測(cè)樣品周圍的已知振幅圖像作為先驗(yàn)參考信息,與樣品共同疊層掃描,并代入迭代算法,即可獲得優(yōu)質(zhì)的重建效果。通過(guò)模擬結(jié)果及搭建光學(xué)系統(tǒng),對(duì)不同樣品進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)探究,證實(shí)了本方法的有效性。使用本方法,無(wú)需增加實(shí)驗(yàn)成本即可獲取更優(yōu)質(zhì)的重建結(jié)果,并保持疊層成像技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。本方法具有較強(qiáng)的抗噪聲和抗孔徑偏移能力,是一種簡(jiǎn)約、穩(wěn)健、通用性強(qiáng)的衍射成像技術(shù),具有較為重要的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the reconstruction accuracy and robustness of the samples, a laminated imaging method based on known amplitude information constraints is proposed in the visible light domain. In this method, the image of known amplitude around the sample to be tested can be regarded as a priori reference information, and then superimposed with the sample and replaced by an iterative algorithm, a good reconstruction effect can be obtained. The effectiveness of this method is verified by the simulation results and the optical system. By using this method, better reconstruction results can be obtained without increasing the experimental cost, and the advantages of laminated imaging technology can be maintained. This method has strong anti-noise and anti-aperture migration ability, it is a simple, robust, universal diffraction imaging technology, and has important practical value.
