三終端原子環(huán)的彈道熱整流

【摘要】:提出并通過非平衡格林函數(shù)法驗(yàn)證了一個(gè)彈道熱整流理論模型——以原子環(huán)為中心散射區(qū),非對(duì)稱連接三條半無限長(zhǎng)原子鏈作為左熱極、控制熱極和右熱極.對(duì)三終端六元環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)的計(jì)算發(fā)現(xiàn)控制熱極與左右熱極之間的聲子透射率有顯著差異.左右熱極之間的熱整流比隨著溫差的增加而顯著上升,正向熱流可以達(dá)到反向熱流的幾倍以上.另外對(duì)該模型中彈道熱整流的形成機(jī)理也做了詳細(xì)說明.
[Abstract]:A theoretical model of ballistic thermal rectification is proposed and verified by the non-equilibrium Green's function method, in which three semi-infinite atomic chains are unsymmetrically connected as left heat poles, which control the thermal poles and the right thermal poles, taking the atomic ring as the central scattering region and asymmetrically connecting three semi-infinite atomic chains as the left heat poles. It is found that there is a significant difference in phonon transmittance between the control thermal pole and the left and right thermal pole by the calculation of the three-terminal six-member ring structure. The ratio of heat rectification between the left and right heat poles increases significantly with the increase of the temperature difference, and the forward heat flux can be more than several times that of the reverse heat flux. In addition, the formation mechanism of ballistic thermal rectification in this model is explained in detail.
