電磁沖擊波發(fā)生器箔片多物理場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為實(shí)現(xiàn)高功率電磁沖擊波發(fā)生器箔片的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),利用多物理場(chǎng)仿真工具COMSOL Multiphysics對(duì)箔片建模并進(jìn)行仿真和優(yōu)化。相較于高階本征頻率,箔片在一階本征頻率下振動(dòng)時(shí)具有更大的振幅;提出了箔片形變收益最大點(diǎn)的概念,據(jù)此可分析箔片在不同激勵(lì)下的轉(zhuǎn)換效率并用于確定激勵(lì)電路參數(shù)以實(shí)現(xiàn)高效輸出;其后對(duì)3種不同結(jié)構(gòu)的箔片的性能在仿真分析的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了比較討論,得到了波紋結(jié)構(gòu)箔片在同等激勵(lì)下具有更大振幅的結(jié)論。論文工作對(duì)高效高功率電磁沖擊波發(fā)生器的研制具有一定參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the design of high power electromagnetic shock wave generator chaff, the multi physical field simulation tool COMSOL Multiphysics is used to simulate and optimize the chaff. Compared with the higher eigenfrequency, the chaff has a larger amplitude when it vibrates at the first eigenfrequency, and the concept of the maximum chaff deformation income point is proposed. The conversion efficiency of chaff under different excitation is analyzed and the excitation circuit parameters are used to determine the efficiency of the chaff. Then the performance of chaff with 3 different structures is discussed on the basis of simulation analysis, and the conclusion that the corrugated foil is more amplitudes with the same excitation is obtained. The development of the magnetic shock wave generator has certain reference value.
