基于光聲光譜的乙烯探測(cè)技術(shù)

【摘要】:乙烯(C2H4)是石油化工產(chǎn)業(yè)中的基本化工原料,具有爆炸性,也常被作為煤層自燃的標(biāo)識(shí)性氣體。為實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)低濃度乙烯的檢測(cè),搭建了基于近紅外可調(diào)諧二極管激光器的低成本光聲光譜測(cè)量系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)對(duì)乙烯近紅外波段吸收譜線的分析,選擇了乙烯位于1620.44nm處的吸收譜線作為測(cè)量對(duì)象,并結(jié)合波長(zhǎng)調(diào)制吸收技術(shù),使用光聲池的共振頻率作為激光器的調(diào)制頻率,利用吸收譜線的二次諧波信號(hào)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)乙烯濃度的反演。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)對(duì)于乙烯的測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確度為0.688%,探測(cè)極限達(dá)到了1.16×10-5,對(duì)同一樣品在30min之內(nèi)的連續(xù)測(cè)量驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)良好的穩(wěn)定性,所有實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果均顯示了該套系統(tǒng)在乙烯痕量探測(cè)方面的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Ethylene (C _ 2H _ 4) is the basic chemical raw material in petrochemical industry, which is explosive and often used as the marking gas of coal seam spontaneous combustion. In order to detect low concentration of ethylene, a low cost photoacoustic spectrum measurement system based on near infrared tunable diode laser was built. Based on the analysis of the absorption line of ethylene in near infrared band, the absorption line of ethylene located at 1620.44nm is selected as the object of measurement. The resonance frequency of the photoacoustic cell is used as the modulation frequency of the laser combined with the wavelength modulation absorption technique, and the resonance frequency of the photoacoustic cell is used as the modulation frequency of the laser. The second harmonic signal of absorption line is used to realize the inversion of ethylene concentration. The experimental results show that the measuring accuracy of the system for ethylene is 0.688 and the detection limit is 1.16 脳 10 ~ (-5). The stability of the system is verified by continuous measurement of the same sample within 30min. All the experimental results show the application value of the system in trace detection of ethylene.
