基于自適應遺傳算法的DFB激光器模糊PID溫控系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)的PID控制算法很難準確控制DFB激光器溫度的問題,提出并設計了一種基于模糊PID控制和自適應遺傳算法的新型DFB溫度控制系統(tǒng).該控制系統(tǒng)由硬件和軟件兩部分構成,在硬件設備上以單片機作為控制系統(tǒng)的處理器,以鉑電阻和熱電冷卻器分別作為控制系統(tǒng)的敏感器和執(zhí)行器;在控制算法上利用自適應遺傳算法來優(yōu)化模糊PID的自整定規(guī)則.結果表明,該系統(tǒng)能夠實現(xiàn)DFB激光器在5~65℃溫度范圍內(nèi)的有效控制,控制誤差和超調(diào)量分別低于0.002 3℃和10%,具有較好的應用前景.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the traditional PID control algorithm is difficult to accurately control the temperature of DFB laser, a novel DFB temperature control system based on fuzzy PID control and adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed and designed. The control system is composed of two parts: hardware and software. The single chip microcomputer is used as the processor of the control system, and the platinum resistance and thermoelectric cooler are used as the sensors and actuators of the control system respectively. Adaptive genetic algorithm is used to optimize the self-tuning rules of fuzzy PID. The results show that the system can effectively control the DFB laser in the temperature range of 565 鈩,
