基于Fox-Li迭代法的偏振敏感諧振腔

【摘要】:矢量偏振光束的發(fā)展對(duì)偏振敏感諧振腔的模式計(jì)算提出了新的要求,基于Fox-Li迭代法和瓊斯矢量理論,提出了用于偏振敏感諧振腔的矢量Fox-Li迭代法。該方法可以計(jì)算偏振敏感諧振腔內(nèi)的矢量偏振模式,包括角向偏振TE01*模和徑向偏振TM01*模。通過(guò)Matlab編程對(duì)球面偏振敏感諧振腔內(nèi)的矢量偏振模式進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算,計(jì)算結(jié)果與理論一致,證明了該方法的正確性。然后基于軸快流(FAF)CO2激光器平臺(tái),采用組合軸錐鏡作為諧振腔的尾鏡,得到了2.17kW的角向偏振模式輸出,與矢量Fox-Li迭代法仿真結(jié)果吻合,實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了該方法的有效性和準(zhǔn)確性。矢量Fox-Li迭代法對(duì)于偏振敏感諧振腔的分析和設(shè)計(jì)具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The development of the vector polarized beam has put forward new requirements for the mode calculation of the polarization sensitive resonator. Based on the Fox-Li iterative method and the Jones vector theory, a vector Fox-Li iteration method for the polarization sensitive resonator is proposed. This method can calculate the vector partial vibration mode of the polarization sensitive resonant cavity, including the angular polarization TE01* mode and the radial bias. The mode of vibration TM01* is calculated by Matlab programming. The calculation results are in agreement with the theory, and the correctness of the method is proved. Then, based on the axis fast flow (FAF) CO2 laser platform, the combined axis cone mirror is used as the tail mirror of the resonant cavity, and the output of the angular polarization mode of 2.17kW is obtained. The simulation results of the vector Fox-Li iterative method coincide. The experiment proves the validity and accuracy of the method. The vector Fox-Li iteration method is of great guiding significance for the analysis and design of the polarization sensitive resonator.
