新一代高溫黑體和同步輻射裝置及其在地外太陽(yáng)光譜輻照度測(cè)量中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:在地外太陽(yáng)光譜輻照度測(cè)量和大氣定量遙感等項(xiàng)研究的推動(dòng)下,近二、三十年,國(guó)際上光譜輻射計(jì)量技術(shù)發(fā)展十分迅速;谙冗M(jìn)的高溫技術(shù)、優(yōu)異的高溫?zé)峤馐牧虾酮?dú)特的設(shè)計(jì),全俄光學(xué)物理測(cè)量研究所(VNIIOFI)研制出溫度高達(dá)3 200~3 500K、具有高均勻性和高穩(wěn)定性的大面積普朗克高溫黑體光源;诘蜏亟^對(duì)輻射計(jì)的濾光片輻射計(jì)迭代測(cè)溫技術(shù),使高溫黑體溫度測(cè)量不確定度小于0.5K。在德國(guó)物理技術(shù)研究院(PTB),將這種高溫黑體直接用于國(guó)際空間站地外太陽(yáng)光譜測(cè)試儀器(SOLSPEC)的輻射定標(biāo),定標(biāo)綜合不確定度小于0.5%~1%。2008年德國(guó)物理技術(shù)研究院(PTB)建成名為計(jì)量光源(MLS)的新一代專用同步輻射存儲(chǔ)環(huán)并投入使用。為調(diào)節(jié)同步輻射的光譜分布,穩(wěn)態(tài)下其能量可設(shè)置為105~630MeV任意值,相應(yīng)特征波長(zhǎng)隨之從735nm改變至3.4nm。為在不改變光譜分布情況下改變光強(qiáng),電子束流可調(diào)節(jié)11個(gè)量級(jí),即從1個(gè)存儲(chǔ)電子(相當(dāng)于1pA)到200mA。美國(guó)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)研究院(NIST)在同步輻射紫外輻射裝置(SURFⅢ)3號(hào)光束線上建立了使用同步輻射的光譜輻照度定標(biāo)裝置(FICUS),為紫外傳遞標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光源定標(biāo),光譜范圍200~400nm,相對(duì)測(cè)量不確定度1.2%(k=2)。新一代同步輻射裝置為地外太陽(yáng)光譜輻照度測(cè)量?jī)x器,如SUSIM,SOLSTICE,SBUV,SIM和SOLSPEC等,短波段高精度輻射定標(biāo)奠定了技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。該文描述新型高溫黑體和同步輻射裝置的建立與發(fā)展,光譜輻照度和光譜輻亮度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的傳遞及國(guó)際比對(duì)并評(píng)述它們?cè)谔?yáng)光譜輻照度測(cè)量中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In recent twenty or thirty years, the spectral radiation measurement technology has been developed rapidly in the world, driven by the research of solar spectral irradiance measurement and atmospheric quantitative remote sensing. Based on advanced high temperature technology, excellent high temperature pyrolytic graphite materials and unique design, VNIIOFI has developed a large area Planck blackbody light source with high uniformity and stability. The temperature measurement of filter radiometer based on low temperature absolute radiometer makes the uncertainty of high temperature blackbody temperature measurement less than 0.5 K. At the German Institute of Physics and Technology, the high-temperature blackbody was used directly in the radiation calibration of the International Space Station (ISS) Extra-Earth Solar Spectrometer (SOLSPEC). A new generation of special synchrotron radiation storage ring called metrological light source (MLS) was built and put into use by the German Institute of Physics and Technology (PTB) in 2008. In order to adjust the spectral distribution of synchrotron radiation, its energy can be set as 105~630MeV arbitrary value under steady state, and the corresponding characteristic wavelength changes from 735nm to 3.4 nm. In order to change the light intensity without changing the spectral distribution, the electron beam current can be adjusted by 11 orders of magnitude, that is, from 1 stored electron (equivalent to 1 Pa) to 200 Ma.
