【摘要】：提出了1種基于波長間隔可調(diào)諧多波長激光器和MZ干涉儀的微波光子濾波器.光子晶體光纖(PCF)Sagnac環(huán)濾波器具有波長選擇的功能,使激光器產(chǎn)生多波長.向PCF的一個大空氣孔中填充甘油,調(diào)節(jié)溫度,改變PCF的雙折射,能夠使激光器產(chǎn)生不同波長間隔的激光.該激光器作為微波光子濾波器的光源,通過連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)輸出激光的波長間隔,可使濾波器具有不同的自由頻譜范圍(FSR),實現(xiàn)了濾波器的連續(xù)可調(diào)諧.當溫度的變化范圍為25-120℃時,仿真測得,FSR的變化范圍為2.33-10.54 GHz.此外,通過調(diào)節(jié)MZ干涉儀兩臂的臂長差,改變載波系數(shù),使濾波器通帶具有不同的主旁瓣抑制比和3 d B帶寬,頻率響應(yīng)形狀發(fā)生明顯變化,實現(xiàn)了濾波器的可重構(gòu)特性.
[Abstract]:A microwave photonic filter based on wavelength interval tunable multiwavelength laser and MZ interferometer is proposed. Photonic crystal fiber (PCF) Sagnac loop filter has the function of wavelength selection, which makes the laser produce multiple wavelengths. By filling a large air hole in PCF with glycerol, adjusting temperature and changing the birefringence of PCF, lasers with different wavelength intervals can be produced. The laser is used as the light source of microwave photonic filter. By continuously adjusting the wavelength interval of the output laser, the filter has different free spectrum range and the filter can be continuously tunable.
