環(huán)境和介質(zhì)對測溫結果的影響

【摘要】:建立了一種理論模型和實驗方法,可以有效地修正來自于環(huán)境和介質(zhì)對測溫結果的影響。這種修正方法通過計入測溫環(huán)境對輻射體的衰減系數(shù),可以顯著改善以灰體輻射為基礎的測溫技術的精度和普適性。首先,利用多通道CCD圖像光譜儀快速準確地獲得給定輻射體在空氣中的指紋光譜,并將其等效為一個標準的灰體模型;其次,將該輻射體放入未知的環(huán)境和介質(zhì)中,重復測量該輻射體的輻射光譜,并建立包含待測介質(zhì)對輻射體的衰減特征的灰體模型。最后,通過對比上述兩種情況下的灰體模型,便可精確確定該輻射體在該環(huán)境和介質(zhì)下的溫度。通過對處于不同環(huán)境和介質(zhì)下的相同輻射體的系統(tǒng)實驗,檢驗了該測溫技術和修正方法的普適性和準確性。
[Abstract]:A theoretical model and an experimental method are established, which can effectively correct the influence of environment and medium on the temperature measurement results. This method can improve the accuracy and universality of the temperature measurement technology based on gray body radiation by taking into account the attenuation coefficient of the radiator in the temperature measurement environment. Firstly, the fingerprint spectrum of a given radiator in the air is obtained quickly and accurately by using a multichannel CCD image spectrometer, and it is equivalent to a standard grey body model. Secondly, the radiator is placed in unknown environment and medium. The radiation spectra of the radiator were measured repeatedly, and a grey body model containing the attenuation characteristics of the medium to be measured was established. Finally, the temperature of the radiator in the environment and medium can be accurately determined by comparing the grey body model with the above two cases. Through the systematic experiments on the same radiator in different environment and medium, the universality and accuracy of the temperature measurement technique and the correction method are tested.
