納米等離子體激光器研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:半導(dǎo)體激光器在生物技術(shù)、信息存儲(chǔ)、光子醫(yī)學(xué)診療等方面得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。隨著納米技術(shù)和納米光子學(xué)的發(fā)展,緊湊微型化激光器應(yīng)用前景引人關(guān)注。當(dāng)激光器諧振腔尺寸減小到發(fā)射波長時(shí),電磁諧振腔中將產(chǎn)生更為有趣的物理效應(yīng)。因此,在發(fā)展低維、低泵浦閾值的超快相干光源,以及納米光電集成和等離激元光路時(shí),減小半導(dǎo)體激光器的三維尺寸至關(guān)重要。在本綜述中,首先介紹了納米等離子體激光器中的諧振腔模式增益和限制因子的總體理論,并綜述了金屬-絕緣材料-半導(dǎo)體納米(MIS)結(jié)構(gòu)或其它相關(guān)金屬覆蓋半導(dǎo)體結(jié)構(gòu)的納米等離子體激光器各方面的總體研究進(jìn)展。特別地,對基于MIS結(jié)構(gòu)的等離子體諧振腔實(shí)現(xiàn)納米等離子體激光器三維衍射極限的突破,進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。本文也介紹并展望了納米等離子體激光器的技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn)和發(fā)展趨勢,為納米激光器進(jìn)一步研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Semiconductor lasers have been widely used in biotechnology, information storage, photon medicine diagnosis and treatment. With the development of nano-technology and nano-photonics, the application prospect of compact miniaturized lasers attracts much attention. When the size of the resonator is reduced to the emission wavelength, more interesting physical effects will occur in the electromagnetic resonator. Therefore, in the development of ultra-fast coherent light sources with low dimensional and low pump thresholds, as well as nano-optoelectronic integration and isobaric optical circuits, it is very important to reduce the three-dimensional size of semiconductor lasers. In this review, the general theory of cavity mode gain and limiting factor in nanoscale plasma lasers is introduced. The general research progress of nano-plasma lasers with metal-insulator-semiconductor nanocrystalline (MISS) structure or other metal-covered semiconductor structures is also reviewed. In particular, the breakthrough of 3D diffraction limit of nanoscale plasma laser based on MIS structure plasma resonator is introduced in detail. The technical challenges and development trends of nanoscale plasma lasers are also introduced and prospected, which provides a reference for the further study of nanocrystalline plasma lasers.
