基于通電空心線圈的脈沖磁場(chǎng)分析

【摘要】:基于通電空心線圈,運(yùn)用有限元分析軟件以及自行搭建的磁場(chǎng)測(cè)量裝置研究了激勵(lì)信號(hào)頻率、線圈外徑對(duì)線圈中軸線中點(diǎn)處的磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度的影響,以及在頻率時(shí)變脈沖信號(hào)激勵(lì)下,線圈中軸線中點(diǎn)處磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度的實(shí)時(shí)變化。結(jié)果表明,線圈中軸線中點(diǎn)處的任意周期內(nèi)的磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度的均方根值隨激勵(lì)信號(hào)頻率和線圈外徑的增加而減小,仿真分析結(jié)果與實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果的變化規(guī)律一致,且與理論分析的結(jié)果相同,相對(duì)誤差在3%以內(nèi)。在頻率時(shí)變脈沖信號(hào)激勵(lì)下,仿真與實(shí)測(cè)的線圈中軸線中點(diǎn)處的磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度變化趨勢(shì)一致,相對(duì)誤差在5%以內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:Based on the electrified hollow coil, the influence of the frequency of excitation signal and the outer diameter of the coil on the magnetic induction intensity at the midpoint of the central axis of the coil is studied by using the finite element analysis software and the self-built magnetic field measuring device. And under the excitation of time-varying frequency pulse signal, the real time variation of magnetic induction intensity at the midpoint of the central axis of the coil is obtained. The root mean square value of magnetic induction intensity decreases with the increase of the frequency of the excitation signal and the outer diameter of the coil in any period at the midpoint of the central axis of the coil. The results of simulation analysis are consistent with the measured results, and the results are the same as those of the theoretical analysis. The relative error is less than 3%. Under the excitation of time-varying frequency pulse signal, the variation trend of magnetic induction intensity at the midpoint of the central axis of the coil measured by simulation is consistent with that at the midpoint of the central axis of the coil, and the relative error is less than 5%.
