激光沖擊強化設(shè)備的開發(fā)

【摘要】:針對目前國內(nèi)激光沖擊強化設(shè)備工業(yè)化程度不高的問題,采用固定光路系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)形式和模塊化設(shè)計方法,研制了一款激光沖擊強化設(shè)備。分析了激光沖擊強化設(shè)備的設(shè)計方案、激光光路布置特點以及系統(tǒng)控制方法,并對激光沖擊強化設(shè)備技術(shù)指標進行了測試。保持室溫在(22±2)℃以內(nèi),設(shè)備開機20 min后,輸出最大脈沖能量可達25 J,能量波動范圍不超過3%,脈寬在16 ns?20 ns之間連續(xù)可調(diào),波動范圍在-1 ns?1 ns以內(nèi),光束的發(fā)散角小于2.5 mrad,光束指向波動小于50μrad,重復頻率0.5 Hz?5 Hz可調(diào),光路系統(tǒng)的傳輸效率約為92%,約束層厚度均勻、且流量連續(xù)可控。測試結(jié)果表明,激光沖擊強化設(shè)備的各項性能良好。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the industrialization of laser shock strengthening equipment is not high at present, a laser impact strengthening equipment is developed by adopting the structure form of fixed optical path system and modularization design method, and the design scheme of laser impact strengthening equipment is analyzed.
