【摘要】：針對目前國內(nèi)激光沖擊強化設(shè)備工業(yè)化程度不高的問題,采用固定光路系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)形式和模塊化設(shè)計方法,研制了一款激光沖擊強化設(shè)備。分析了激光沖擊強化設(shè)備的設(shè)計方案、激光光路布置特點以及系統(tǒng)控制方法,并對激光沖擊強化設(shè)備技術(shù)指標進行了測試。保持室溫在(22±2)℃以內(nèi),設(shè)備開機20 min后,輸出最大脈沖能量可達25 J,能量波動范圍不超過3%,脈寬在16 ns?20 ns之間連續(xù)可調(diào),波動范圍在-1 ns?1 ns以內(nèi),光束的發(fā)散角小于2.5 mrad,光束指向波動小于50μrad,重復頻率0.5 Hz?5 Hz可調(diào),光路系統(tǒng)的傳輸效率約為92%,約束層厚度均勻、且流量連續(xù)可控。測試結(jié)果表明,激光沖擊強化設(shè)備的各項性能良好。
