基于超聲波的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部溫度場(chǎng)重建方法研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)在工業(yè)應(yīng)用中對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部溫度場(chǎng)無損測(cè)量的需求,以超聲測(cè)溫機(jī)理和熱傳導(dǎo)理論為基礎(chǔ),提出一種一維穩(wěn)態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部溫度場(chǎng)的重建方法,并且設(shè)計(jì)一套微秒級(jí)超聲聲時(shí)測(cè)量的超聲測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)以驗(yàn)證此方法的可行性。根據(jù)所提出的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部溫度場(chǎng)重建方法,分別進(jìn)行超聲聲速與溫度的標(biāo)定試驗(yàn)和結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部一維穩(wěn)態(tài)非均勻溫度場(chǎng)的重建試驗(yàn),測(cè)量了結(jié)構(gòu)試樣在單邊受熱過程中的超聲聲時(shí),構(gòu)建了結(jié)構(gòu)試樣底面在100℃、150℃、200℃加熱,上表面15℃水冷情況下的內(nèi)部溫度場(chǎng)分布,并且系統(tǒng)分析冷端邊界條件、標(biāo)定方程、熱擴(kuò)散系數(shù)、熱膨脹等因素對(duì)重建效果的影響。結(jié)果表明:本方法能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部一維穩(wěn)態(tài)溫度場(chǎng)的重建,并且在對(duì)于溫度梯度明顯的區(qū)域具有較好的重建精度。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the demand of non-destructive measurement of internal temperature field in industrial application, a method of reconstruction of internal temperature field of one-dimensional steady-state structure is proposed based on the theory of ultrasonic temperature measurement and heat conduction. In order to verify the feasibility of this method, a set of ultrasonic temperature measurement system with microsecond ultrasonic acoustic time was designed to verify the feasibility of the method. According to the proposed method of internal temperature field reconstruction of the structure.
