【摘要】：人類社會(huì)的發(fā)展伴隨著科技的進(jìn)步，科技的進(jìn)步又反過來推動(dòng)人類社會(huì)的發(fā)展。現(xiàn)代通信技術(shù)作為一項(xiàng)通用目的技術(shù)，是一項(xiàng)底層的、翻倍的技術(shù)，其發(fā)展對(duì)人類社會(huì)帶來的變革不可謂不大，甚至是革命性的。那么現(xiàn)代通信技術(shù)發(fā)展如此之迅猛有其歷史必然性，也有其發(fā)展的內(nèi)在機(jī)理�；仡櫻芯繗v程，，不難發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)通信技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)和知識(shí)增長(zhǎng)之間的關(guān)系有一個(gè)逐步深化的過程。20世紀(jì)以來，基于微電子的信息和通信技術(shù)以一種充滿革命性的力量推動(dòng)著人類社會(huì)的進(jìn)步，它悄無聲息的進(jìn)了人們的日常生產(chǎn)生活，促使我們?nèi)祟惖恼�、�?jīng)濟(jì)、文化體制發(fā)生了巨大改變，使人們的思維方式以及生活方式發(fā)生了巨大改變，不僅把每個(gè)人變成了通信技術(shù)的直接受益者，而且使他們轉(zhuǎn)變成長(zhǎng)期演變過程中的參加者、相關(guān)利益者以及變革的見證人。 本文突破了以往對(duì)通信技術(shù)發(fā)展模式研究的純技術(shù)層面而上升到了哲學(xué)的高度，從哲學(xué)的視角來看待現(xiàn)代通信技術(shù)發(fā)展與社會(huì)變革、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等方面的互動(dòng)作用，通過對(duì)通信發(fā)展史的研究，理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的分析，揭示現(xiàn)代通信技術(shù)發(fā)展的自身特性，以及其飛速發(fā)展的內(nèi)在機(jī)理及其根源動(dòng)力。歸納總結(jié)其發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)規(guī)律，并據(jù)此對(duì)現(xiàn)代通信技術(shù)發(fā)展的前景進(jìn)行展望，預(yù)測(cè)下一代通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向，以及根據(jù)通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展而引發(fā)的一些哲學(xué)思考，指出我國通信技術(shù)發(fā)展的路徑選擇以及信息化發(fā)展面臨的主要問題，信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，并且針對(duì)這些弱點(diǎn)提出一些指導(dǎo)性建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology , the development of human society is in turn to promote the development of human society . Modern communication technology is a general purpose technology , it is an underlying , double - fold technology . Its development has made great changes to human society . It has made great changes in people ' s political , economic and cultural institutions . It not only becomes the direct beneficiary of communication technology , but also transforms them into the participants in the course of long - term evolution , the relevant interests and the witnesses of change .

This paper breaks through the interaction between the development of modern communication technology and social change and economic development from the perspective of philosophy , and puts forward some philosophical thinking on the development of modern communication technology , predicts the development direction of the next generation communication technology , and points out the main problems faced by the development of communication technology , the weakness of the development of information technology industry , and puts forward some guidance suggestions for these weaknesses .
