【摘要】:橋梁檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)遠(yuǎn)程傳輸管理系統(tǒng)是將安裝在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的傳感器采集到的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)有線(xiàn)或無(wú)線(xiàn)傳輸?shù)姆绞剿椭帘O(jiān)控中心,再通過(guò)上位機(jī)管理軟件對(duì)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析處理,從而使監(jiān)控人員能夠在遠(yuǎn)離現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的情況下,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)橋梁的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)。橋梁檢測(cè)對(duì)及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)橋梁潛在的安全隱患,避免重大事故,保障車(chē)輛和行人安全具有重大意義。 論文首先介紹了橋梁檢測(cè)的國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,然后提出了基于GPRS的橋梁檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)遠(yuǎn)程無(wú)線(xiàn)傳輸管理系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)由數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸和數(shù)據(jù)處理三部分組成,,并且對(duì)其工作原理和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述,根據(jù)實(shí)際需要對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了各子系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)和功能分析和設(shè)計(jì),最后分別對(duì)系統(tǒng)的硬件部分和軟件部分分別進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和設(shè)計(jì)。 課題以GPRS技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),利用單片機(jī)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)的采集和傳輸進(jìn)行控制,通過(guò)GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)把現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采集的數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)無(wú)線(xiàn)傳輸方式發(fā)送到監(jiān)控中心,利用上位機(jī)管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)采集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析和處理,以滿(mǎn)足橋梁遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控、管理的要求。本設(shè)計(jì)具有很強(qiáng)的可移植性,稍加改動(dòng)即可應(yīng)用到其他系統(tǒng)中,可以節(jié)省大量的人力和資金,具有很高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The remote transmission management system of bridge detection data is to send the relevant data collected by the sensor installed in the field to the monitoring center through wired or wireless transmission, and then to analyze and process the test data through the management software of the upper computer. Thus, the remote monitoring of the bridge can be realized by the supervisor in the condition of far away from the scene. Bridge detection is of great significance to discover the potential safety hazards of bridges, avoid major accidents, and ensure the safety of vehicles and pedestrians. This paper first introduces the present situation of bridge detection at home and abroad, and then puts forward a remote wireless transmission management system of bridge detection data based on GPRS. The system consists of three parts: data acquisition, data transmission and data processing. The working principle and key technology of the system are described in detail, and the structure and function of each subsystem are analyzed and designed according to the actual needs. At last, the hardware and software of the system are analyzed and designed in detail. Based on GPRS technology, the subject controls the collection and transmission of field data by single chip microcomputer, and transmits the collected data to the monitoring center through wireless transmission through GPRS network. The data collected are analyzed and processed by the upper computer management system in order to meet the requirements of remote monitoring and management of bridges. The design has strong portability and can be applied to other systems with a little modification. It can save a lot of manpower and capital and has a high practical value.
