【摘要】：資產(chǎn)是人類寶貴的財(cái)富,它不僅記載著人類的演變、科技的發(fā)展和社會(huì)的變遷,更記載著人類成功與失敗的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。而媒體資產(chǎn)是指電視臺(tái)、廣播電臺(tái)、報(bào)社、網(wǎng)站等傳媒企業(yè)發(fā)布的大量的文字、圖片、音視頻等具有實(shí)用價(jià)值、商業(yè)價(jià)值、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)價(jià)值或標(biāo)志價(jià)值的節(jié)目資料和元數(shù)據(jù)。媒體資產(chǎn)作為人類資產(chǎn)的一個(gè)分支,相比其它行業(yè)的資產(chǎn),具有覆蓋面廣、信息量大、時(shí)效性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),并且對(duì)于媒體本身來(lái)說(shuō)媒體資產(chǎn)就是其生命的源泉。河南人民廣播電臺(tái)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱河南電臺(tái))作為省內(nèi)最大的廣播傳媒企業(yè),其信號(hào)覆蓋了中部六省并向外延伸,受眾群體廣泛,影響力巨大。河南電臺(tái)隨著數(shù)字化廣播業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,其節(jié)目的內(nèi)容在不斷充實(shí),節(jié)目質(zhì)量在不斷提高,使得傳統(tǒng)的媒資管理方式已經(jīng)不能滿足業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要,必須建設(shè)高效、高質(zhì)和高安全等級(jí)的數(shù)字化媒資管理系統(tǒng)。數(shù)字化媒資管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)應(yīng)遵循安全、穩(wěn)定、可擴(kuò)展、易操作等原則,同時(shí)要最大限度的減少人力和物資投入。最終建立的系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具備錄入、預(yù)處理、編目、上傳、編輯、檢索和下載等功能。根據(jù)河南電臺(tái)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展需要,我參與研究和設(shè)計(jì)出了一套適合廣播電臺(tái)使用的集采、編、播為一體的媒體資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱媒資管理系統(tǒng)或系統(tǒng))。論文完成的主要工作包括：一、敘述了當(dāng)今主流媒資管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)比其各自的特點(diǎn),并根據(jù)河南電臺(tái)媒資管理業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀闡明了河南電臺(tái)需要建設(shè)媒資管理系統(tǒng)的原因。二、對(duì)河南電臺(tái)的媒資管理業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行需求分析,分析后提出該系統(tǒng)所要具備的主要功能。三、根據(jù)需求分析用瀑布式和增量式相結(jié)合的開(kāi)發(fā)模式完成對(duì)媒資管理系統(tǒng)的功能設(shè)計(jì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)湓O(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)流設(shè)計(jì)。四、利用Java技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)并創(chuàng)建基于C/S模式的媒資生產(chǎn)子系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)廣播資料數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)字化管理。五、利用JSP技術(shù)和Web平臺(tái),設(shè)計(jì)并創(chuàng)建基于B/S模式的媒資管理子系統(tǒng),并實(shí)現(xiàn)其核心管理功能。六、對(duì)服務(wù)器進(jìn)行配置,使其提供數(shù)據(jù)交換、數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算、數(shù)據(jù)保存、指令執(zhí)行、指令反饋等服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Assets are the precious wealth of human beings. They not only record the evolution of human beings, the development of science and technology and the changes of society, but also record the experiences of human success and failure.Media assets refer to a large number of text, pictures, audio and video issued by TV stations, radio stations, newspapers, websites and other media enterprises with practical value, commercial value, intellectual property value or symbol value of program information and metadata.Media assets, as a branch of human assets, have the characteristics of wide coverage, large amount of information, strong timeliness and so on, compared with those of other industries, and media assets are the source of its life for the media itself.Henan people's Broadcasting Station (hereinafter referred to as Henan Radio) as the largest broadcasting media enterprise in the province, its signal covers six provinces in the central region and extends outward, with a wide audience and great influence.With the development of digital broadcasting business, Henan Radio Station is constantly enriching the content of its programs and improving the quality of its programs. As a result, the traditional media capital management mode can no longer meet the needs of business development, so it is necessary to build high efficiency.High quality and high security grade digital media management system.The construction of digital media capital management system should follow the principles of security, stability, expansibility, ease of operation, and at the same time, reduce manpower and material input as much as possible.The final system should have input, preprocessing, cataloguing, uploading, editing, retrieval and download functions.According to the present situation and development needs of Henan Radio Station, I participated in the research and design of a set of media asset management system (hereinafter referred to as Media Capital Management system or system) suitable for radio station.The main work of this paper is as follows: first, the paper describes the current development of the mainstream media capital management system, and compares their respective characteristics.According to the current situation of the media management business of Henan radio station, the reason why Henan radio station needs to build the medium capital management system is expounded.Second, the paper analyzes the demand of the media management business of Henan Radio Station, and puts forward the main functions of the system.Thirdly, according to the requirement analysis, the function design, network topology design and data flow design of the media management system are completed by the combination of waterfall and incremental development mode.Fourthly, using Java technology, the media production subsystem based on C / S mode is designed and created to realize the digital management of broadcast data.Fifthly, using JSP technology and Web platform, we design and create the media capital management subsystem based on B / S mode, and realize its core management function.Sixth, the server is configured to provide services such as data exchange, data calculation, data saving, instruction execution, instruction feedback, and so on.
