【摘要】:隨著微波通信系統(tǒng)的快速發(fā)展、計算機(jī)運(yùn)算速度的提高和基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,相控陣技術(shù)優(yōu)勢凸顯。比如軍事方面的相控陣?yán)走_(dá),民用領(lǐng)域新一代無線通信中的電調(diào)天線。在這些相控陣技術(shù)的應(yīng)用中饋線承擔(dān)著電掃描、多波束、副瓣電平控制等功能。這些微波組件對提高射頻信號傳輸質(zhì)量,提升整機(jī)系統(tǒng)信號傳輸、簡化整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)意義重大,同時對饋線的信號傳輸質(zhì)量多了幅相一致性和相位穩(wěn)定性的要求,射頻穩(wěn)相電纜技術(shù)也就應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。就射頻電纜組件來說,要面臨已然不是連接器和電纜的簡單選型及其裝配的問題,更是低駐波比、低損耗、穩(wěn)相等方面的挑戰(zhàn)。射頻穩(wěn)相電纜組件在開發(fā)過程中存在許多問題:穩(wěn)相連接器和穩(wěn)相電纜測設(shè)計或選型,及其匹配。本文針對這些問題,根據(jù)傳輸線理論,提出一個系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)方案。重點(diǎn)研究一下三個部分的主要內(nèi)容:1、射頻穩(wěn)相電纜組件的組成。闡述射頻穩(wěn)相電纜組件在系統(tǒng)中的功能,并從微波傳輸線理論出發(fā),根據(jù)系統(tǒng)對此射頻穩(wěn)相電纜組件的參數(shù)要求,謹(jǐn)慎選取射頻穩(wěn)相連接器和穩(wěn)相電纜。2、穩(wěn)相電纜組件裝配工藝。根據(jù)穩(wěn)相連接器的結(jié)構(gòu)和穩(wěn)相電纜的特點(diǎn),在組件裝配時選擇適當(dāng)?shù)墓に嚪椒ā⒕珳?zhǔn)的工藝參數(shù)。3.射頻穩(wěn)相電纜組件裝配過程中的相位控制;谝陨纤械难芯拷Y(jié)果,針對射頻穩(wěn)相電纜組件在裝配過程中的種種問題,給出了解決方案,并展望了今后的發(fā)展方向。
