【摘要】:當(dāng)今的移動(dòng)通信市場,不再是以通信網(wǎng)和市場為中心的競爭,而是以客戶為中心的服務(wù)質(zhì)量的競爭。為了充分利用移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,改善網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行性能,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)質(zhì)量,降低運(yùn)營成本,必須深入研究移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),使前期部署網(wǎng)絡(luò)投資的收益最大化。從現(xiàn)有對移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究情況看來,網(wǎng)絡(luò)暢通和網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備無故障運(yùn)行已經(jīng)是對各運(yùn)營商最基本的要求,運(yùn)營商需要對網(wǎng)絡(luò)的實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)行狀況進(jìn)行分析,通過一些影響客戶滿意度的參數(shù)對網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行評估和調(diào)控,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源的利用率。本文首先對移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)KPI數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控的定義、產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹,并分析了移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)KPI的特點(diǎn),指出了移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)KPI數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方向,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的研究技術(shù)提出了本文設(shè)計(jì)的移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)KPI數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的原則和方法。接著闡述了無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系結(jié)構(gòu),分別介紹了GSM和TD-SCDMA的體系結(jié)構(gòu)。接著引入了GSM和TD-SCMDA網(wǎng)絡(luò)中一些重要的KPI指標(biāo)。以及對將使用的WebService技術(shù)進(jìn)行一系列的介紹,介紹了WebService技術(shù)的定義以及體系架構(gòu),并引入了本系統(tǒng)的重要部分,數(shù)據(jù)倉庫的定義和實(shí)現(xiàn)。隨后針對移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能KPI監(jiān)控需求進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況提出了移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能KPI監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)需要滿足的功能要求。接著,通過結(jié)合運(yùn)營商實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)場景,提出了本移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能KPI監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的工作流程和系統(tǒng)組成架構(gòu)。并介紹了本文設(shè)計(jì)的移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)KPI數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中采用的KPI數(shù)據(jù)采集的時(shí)間粒度和數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)組成。最終以告警測試和設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)控為例對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測試,包含了監(jiān)控設(shè)置,告警列表,告警處理以及設(shè)備納入監(jiān)控,設(shè)備狀態(tài)列表,設(shè)備健康狀況等方面子功能的測試。經(jīng)過測試可以得出,系統(tǒng)滿足預(yù)計(jì)開發(fā)目標(biāo)。通過對移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能KPI監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過程和實(shí)現(xiàn)過程進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能KPI監(jiān)控的下一步發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:The mobile communication market today, is no longer with the communication network and the market as the center of the competition, but the competition of customer centered service quality. In order to make full use of mobile cyber source, improve network performance and improve the network quality of service, reduce operating costs, must be deep into the research of mobile network, to maximize returns early deployment of network from the point of view of investment. The existing of the mobile network, network flow and network equipment failure free operation is the most basic requirement for the operators, operators need real-time status of the network were analyzed, evaluated and controlled by some parameters that affect customer satisfaction for the operation of the network, improve the utilization cyber source rate. Firstly, the definition of the mobile communication network KPI data monitoring, production and development are introduced in detail, and analyzes the characteristics of KPI mobile communication network And pointed out that the monitoring system of mobile communication network KPI data in the design of the standard and direction, and based on existing technology and puts forward the principle and method of mobile communication network KPI data monitoring system designed in this paper. Then elaborated the wireless network architecture, introduces architecture of GSM and TD-SCDMA. Then introduces some the KPI index of GSM and TD-SCMDA in the network. As well as a series of introduction will use WebService technology, introduces the definition of WebService technology and system architecture, and introduces the important part of the system, definition and implementation of data warehouse. Then analyzes the performance of mobile communication network KPI monitoring requirements, combined with the actual situation of the performance of the monitoring system of KPI mobile communication network needs to meet the functional requirements. Then, by combining the actual operators of the business scene, put forward the shift The work flow and system dynamic performance monitoring system of KPI communication network architecture. And introduces the composition of KPI data acquisition time granularity and data structure using mobile communication network KPI data monitoring system designed in this paper. Finally to test and alarm equipment condition monitoring system is tested as an example of, including monitoring, alarm list of equipment included in the monitoring and alarm processing, equipment list, health equipment etc. function test. After the test can be concluded that the system meets the expected goal. Through the design process of the KPI performance of the monitoring system of mobile communication network and the implementation process are summarized, and the next development direction of mobile communication network performance KPI monitoring are discussed.
