【摘要】：介紹了空間反符合杯測量系統(tǒng)去除干擾粒子的研究,闡述了干擾粒子的來源、反符合測量系統(tǒng)的工作原理,通過調(diào)研國內(nèi)外反符合技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,結(jié)合空間環(huán)境的特殊性,給出空間反符合杯測量系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)原則,提出了新型光探測器——硅光電倍增管(SiPM)在空間反符合應(yīng)用的可能性,并針對(duì)SiPM暗計(jì)數(shù)較高這一不足提供了解決方法,最后對(duì)反符合性能進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the research on removing interference particles in space anti-coincidence cup measurement system, expounds the source of interference particles, the working principle of anti-coincidence measurement system, and combines the particularity of space environment with the application of anti-coincidence technology at home and abroad. The design principle of space anti-coincidence cup measurement system is given, and the possibility of the application of a new type of photodetector, silicon photomultiplier tube (SiPM), in space anti-coincidence measurement system is put forward. The solution to the problem of high dark count of SiPM is provided. Finally, the anti-conformance performance is evaluated.
