塵埃消光對(duì)伽瑪射線暴余輝的影響

【摘要】:為了研究塵埃消光對(duì)伽瑪射線暴余輝的影響,基于嚴(yán)格的Mie理論和最新的星際塵埃光學(xué)性質(zhì),進(jìn)行了高精度的數(shù)值計(jì)算,并分析具有不同物理參數(shù)的塵埃所產(chǎn)生的消光曲線.結(jié)果表明,介質(zhì)密度和金屬豐度是決定消光總量的主要物理參數(shù),而塵埃顆粒大小的分布則是產(chǎn)生不同消光曲線輪廓的重要物理參數(shù).如果塵埃顆粒相互聚集形成導(dǎo)致尺度增大,將產(chǎn)生較平或者較灰的消光曲線,同時(shí)絕對(duì)總量將減少;相反,如果塵埃顆粒由于某種原因發(fā)生離解導(dǎo)致尺度變小,將產(chǎn)生較陡的消光曲線,同時(shí)消光總量將增加.這些結(jié)果將對(duì)理解光學(xué)暗暴的形成機(jī)制提供重要的啟示.
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of dust extinction on the afterglow of gamma-ray bursts, a high-precision numerical calculation is carried out based on the strict Mie theory and the latest interstellar dust optical properties, and the extinction curves of dust with different physical parameters are analyzed. The results show that the density of medium and the abundance of metals are the main physical parameters to determine the total extinction amount, and the distribution of dust particle size is an important physical parameter to produce different extinction curve contours. If the dust particles gather with each other and cause the scale to increase, there will be a flat or gray extinction curve, and the absolute total amount will be reduced. On the contrary, if the dust particles become smaller due to the dissociation of dust particles for some reason, a steep extinction curve will be produced, and the total extinction amount will increase. These results will provide important implications for understanding the formation mechanism of optical dark storms.
