月壤表層采樣機土力學參數(shù)測試臺及預估試驗

【摘要】:提出了一種用于分析鏟取和挖取采樣機的土力學參數(shù)測試臺。該測試臺由鏟取裝置和挖取裝置兩部分組成,可以分別實現(xiàn)直線鏟取運動和旋轉挖取運動。利用該設備進行的鏟取試驗初步得出了鏟取速度對鏟取力影響較小,鏟取角度和月壤的不同密實狀態(tài)對鏟取力影響較大;挖取試驗中,隨著轉速的增加,峰值扭矩也有所增加。試驗初步明確了表層采樣機土力學特性的參數(shù),這對研究采樣器與月壤相互作用的力學特性具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:This paper presents a soil mechanics parameter test bench for the analysis of shovel sampling machine and excavating sampling machine. The test bench consists of two parts: shovel device and excavating device, which can realize the motion of straight line shovel and rotary scoop respectively. The results of shoveling test show that the shovel speed has little influence on the shovel force, the shovel angle and the different dense state of lunar soil have great influence on the shovel force, and the peak torque also increases with the increase of rotational speed in the digging test. The parameters of the soil mechanical properties of the surface sampler are preliminarily determined, which has a certain reference significance for the study of the mechanical properties of the interaction between the sampler and the lunar soil.
