500m口徑射電望遠(yuǎn)鏡索網(wǎng)與面板單元自適應(yīng)連接機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)分析

【摘要】:500m口徑射電望遠(yuǎn)鏡(Five-hundred-meter aperture spherical radio telescope,FAST)采用柔性索網(wǎng)+剛性面板的設(shè)計(jì)方案,變位觀測(cè)過(guò)程中索網(wǎng)呈柔性,而面板單元?jiǎng)t呈剛性,這就需要在面板和索網(wǎng)節(jié)點(diǎn)之間設(shè)計(jì)自適應(yīng)連接機(jī)構(gòu),以避免面板在單元變位過(guò)程中受附加應(yīng)力的影響。因應(yīng)FAST的技術(shù)需求,主要完成了以下工作:進(jìn)行自適應(yīng)連接機(jī)構(gòu)的自由度設(shè)計(jì)及機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì),建立包含連接機(jī)構(gòu)的FAST反射面整體有限元模型,并通過(guò)與理論分析結(jié)果的對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了有限元模型的準(zhǔn)確性;應(yīng)用建立的有限元模型,計(jì)算索網(wǎng)在變位過(guò)程中自適應(yīng)連接機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)范圍,為FAST工程提供了必要的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:The 500m aperture radio telescope / five-hundred-meter aperture spherical radio telescopeFAST adopts a flexible cable-net rigid panel. During the observation of displacement, the cable-net is flexible and the panel element is rigid, so it is necessary to design an adaptive connection mechanism between the panel and the cable-netted node. In order to avoid the panel in the process of element displacement by additional stress. According to the technical requirements of FAST, the following works have been accomplished: the design of the degree of freedom and the mechanical design of the adaptive connection mechanism, the establishment of the integral finite element model of the FAST reflector including the connection mechanism, and the comparison with the theoretical analysis results. The accuracy of the finite element model is verified, and the motion range of the adaptive connection mechanism in the process of the cable network displacement is calculated by using the established finite element model, which provides the necessary design parameters for the FAST engineering.
