【摘要】:作為研究天體、認(rèn)識(shí)宇宙的主要工具之一,天體X射線的探測(cè)一直是國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的熱門。但由于地球大氣層對(duì)X射線的嚴(yán)重阻擋,X射線探測(cè)只能在外太空進(jìn)行。硬X射線調(diào)制望遠(yuǎn)鏡(HXMT)作為我國(guó)第一顆自主研制的X射線天文衛(wèi)星,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)硬X射線的高分辨率成像,對(duì)于認(rèn)識(shí)宇宙具有重要意義。HXMT高能主探測(cè)器探頭(簡(jiǎn)稱主探)為衛(wèi)星主載荷,用于20~250 keV的硬X射線探測(cè)。主探在研制過(guò)程中需要配套電性能測(cè)設(shè)備,以便參與諸如熱真空和熱循環(huán)、力學(xué)振動(dòng)等環(huán)境考核試驗(yàn),以及大量的常規(guī)測(cè)試。由于主探采用NaI(T1)/CsI(Na)復(fù)合晶體,因此需要測(cè)試設(shè)備具備脈沖幅度分析(PHA)和脈沖波形甄別(PSD)功能,且要求設(shè)備便攜,具備多通道采集和實(shí)時(shí)顯示功能,目前市場(chǎng)上的設(shè)備均不能滿足全部需求。為滿足HXMT項(xiàng)目研制需求,本文開展了主探測(cè)器探頭地面測(cè)試設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)工作,包括硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)和硬件代碼編寫。測(cè)試設(shè)備采用主、從雙FPGA為核心,用高速A/D采樣(采樣周期10.4ns),32K×16的雙端口RAM作緩存、USB接口作數(shù)據(jù)端口的設(shè)計(jì),能夠?qū)?路脈沖信號(hào)(幅度0~5V,寬度0.1~10us)進(jìn)行并行采集和處理,測(cè)量脈沖信號(hào)幅度和寬度,提取脈沖信號(hào)到達(dá)時(shí)間,實(shí)現(xiàn)PHA和PSD功能,并提供8個(gè)通道的0~4V直流電平(50mA)輸出、8個(gè)通道的0~4V直流電平輸入檢測(cè)。經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)際測(cè)試,測(cè)試設(shè)備性能達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求,并已成功運(yùn)用于HXMT主探測(cè)器探頭的電性測(cè)試。與MCA8000D相比,本測(cè)試設(shè)備同樣具備小型、便攜的特點(diǎn),在能譜響應(yīng)上與Amptek的MCA8000D相當(dāng),且較之具有多通道、PSD功能的優(yōu)勢(shì)。這些特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)使得設(shè)備在輻射探測(cè)領(lǐng)域具有更廣泛的運(yùn)用前景。
[Abstract]:As one of the main tools to understand the universe, X-ray detection of celestial bodies has been a hot topic at home and abroad.But X-ray detection in the Earth's atmosphere can only be done in outer space.As the first self-developed X-ray astronomical satellite in China, HXMTS can realize the high-resolution imaging of hard X-ray.It is of great significance to understand the universe. The HXMT high energy main detector (HXMT) is a satellite main load, which is used for hard X ray detection of 20 ~ 250 keV.In order to participate in the environmental tests such as thermal vacuum and thermal cycling, mechanical vibration and a large number of conventional tests, the main exploration needs to be equipped with electrical performance measurement equipment during the development process.Since the main detector uses the NaIN T1 / CsINa-Na composite crystal, it is necessary for the testing equipment to have the functions of pulse amplitude analysis (PHA) and pulse waveform discrimination (PSD), and it is required that the equipment be portable, with the functions of multi-channel acquisition and real-time display.At present, the equipment on the market can not meet the full demand.In order to meet the development requirements of HXMT project, the design of ground test equipment for main detector probe is carried out, including hardware circuit design and hardware code writing.The test equipment adopts the main and slave dual FPGA as the core, and uses the high-speed A / D sampling (the sampling period 10.4nsSU 32K 脳 16 RAM as the data port) to design the data port. It can collect and process the 8-channel pulse signal (amplitude 0 ~ 5V, width 0.1 ~ 10) in parallel.The amplitude and width of the pulse signal are measured, the arrival time of the pulse signal is extracted, the functions of PHA and PSD are realized, and the output of 8 channels is provided, and the input detection of 0V 4V DC level of 8 channels is provided.Through the actual test, the performance of the test equipment meets the design requirements, and has been successfully applied to the electrical test of the HXMT main detector probe.Compared with MCA8000D, the test equipment also has the characteristics of small and portable, and is comparable to Amptek's MCA8000D in energy spectrum response, and has the advantage of multi-channel MCA8000D.These characteristics and advantages make the equipment more widely used in the field of radiation detection.
