【摘要】：目的了解甲苯咪唑的研發(fā)、市場情況和臨床應(yīng)用。方法檢索搜索引擎及國外內(nèi)各醫(yī)藥網(wǎng)站。結(jié)果甲苯咪唑合成于1971年,同年投入臨床,銷售數(shù)量在抗寄生蟲藥市場排名在3~6位,適用于驅(qū)除腸道寄生蟲感染。結(jié)論具有廣譜、高效和低毒的特點,價格便宜,人群需求量大,還屬當(dāng)前驅(qū)除腸道寄生蟲的首選藥物。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the research and development, market situation and clinical application of mebendazole. Methods search engine and medical websites in foreign countries were searched. Results mebendazole was synthesized in 1971 and put into clinic in the same year. The sales quantity of mebendazole ranked 3 times 6 in the market of antiparasitic drugs, which is suitable for repelling intestinal parasite infection. Conclusion it has the characteristics of broad spectrum, high efficiency and low toxicity, cheap price and large population demand, and it is also the first choice for the removal of intestinal parasites.
