【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)的不斷發(fā)展與規(guī)范,監(jiān)管稽查力度不斷加大,監(jiān)管當(dāng)局面臨著越來(lái)越復(fù)雜的證券違規(guī),甚至是證券犯罪現(xiàn)象。在著名搜索引擎"GOOGLE"里輸入"證券犯罪"詞條,你將會(huì)搜索到與之相關(guān)的新聞132000余條,這就充分說(shuō)明了社會(huì)公眾對(duì)證券犯罪現(xiàn)象的高度關(guān)注。筆者閱讀了關(guān)于證券犯罪的一些文章,發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)證券犯罪原因、動(dòng)機(jī)等分析仍不夠深刻,始終沒(méi)有對(duì)問(wèn)題的根源進(jìn)行足夠深刻的分析。本文試圖用犯罪經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的方法對(duì)我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)犯罪的起因和動(dòng)因進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)角度的分析。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and standardization of China's securities market, the intensity of supervision and inspection is increasing, and the regulatory authorities are faced with more and more complex securities violations, even securities crimes. Enter the term "securities crime" in the famous search engine "GOOGLE", and you will find more than 132000 news items related to it, which fully shows that the public pays great attention to the phenomenon of securities crime. The author has read some articles about the securities crime and found that the analysis of the causes and motives of the securities crime is still not deep enough, and the root cause of the problem has not been analyzed deeply enough all the time. This paper attempts to use the method of criminal economics to analyze the causes and causes of crime in China's securities market from the perspective of economics.
