【摘要】：正《檔案館災(zāi)難預(yù)防與控制指南》公布近日,國(guó)際檔案理事會(huì)在其官方網(wǎng)站上公布了《檔案館災(zāi)難預(yù)防與控制指南》。該指南的目的是為了指導(dǎo)世界范圍內(nèi)的檔案館和檔案工作者實(shí)施災(zāi)難管理政策與戰(zhàn)略。該指南的內(nèi)容包括：1.指南的背景、目的與適用范圍；2.檔案館災(zāi)難的類型：包括自然災(zāi)難如地震、颶風(fēng)、火山爆發(fā)、旱災(zāi),以及人為災(zāi)難如漏水、火災(zāi)、爆炸、恐怖行動(dòng)、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和武裝沖突等；3.控制災(zāi)難的財(cái)務(wù)計(jì)劃；4.災(zāi)難的危險(xiǎn)性評(píng)估；5.控制災(zāi)難的危險(xiǎn)：包括改變檔案館建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)和提供服務(wù)的方式,防水,采取火災(zāi)控制措施,采取有效和充分的安全保衛(wèi)措施,異地備份,應(yīng)對(duì)武裝沖突,機(jī)構(gòu)列出優(yōu)先采取的行動(dòng)等；6.準(zhǔn)備災(zāi)難應(yīng)對(duì)計(jì)劃：計(jì)劃的目的是
