【摘要】：在21世紀經濟發(fā)展過程中,知識所起的作用愈來愈大。企業(yè)知識伴隨企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大而積累沉淀,是企業(yè)不可剝奪的一筆重要財富。 近年來,為了有效的管理企業(yè)知識,一種新型的企業(yè)管理方式正在逐步滲入到越來越多的企業(yè),企業(yè)知識管理平臺日趨成熟。這些平臺能夠高效的整合企業(yè)內部的各類知識,并能夠利用搜索引擎快速搜索出與關鍵詞和內容相匹配的資料信息,提供了海量的數(shù)據(jù)供用戶參考,在一定程度上極大的方便了用戶之間的共享。 但是目前的知識管理平臺還面臨著一些問題。一是未考慮企業(yè)知識訪問的安全性；二是盡管搜索引擎能夠保證信息的查全率,卻不能保證查準率。本文基于這兩個問題開展研究工作,具體研究內容如下： 1)企業(yè)內部知識以各種載體存在于知識管理平臺中,且大部分知識以文檔格式存儲。本文將在知識以文檔存儲的前提下,研究規(guī)劃設計領域的文檔分類,并梳理該領域的文檔組織結構,便于后臺存儲及搜索。 2)基于企業(yè)的知識安全性考慮,本文采用基于角色的訪問控制技術。系統(tǒng)中除了原有的用戶和權限之外,增加了新的概念-角色,通過在用戶和角色、角色和權限之間建立聯(lián)系來確保企業(yè)知識的訪問安全性。采用向角色賦予權限的方法,簡化了系統(tǒng)中的權限管理。用戶進入平臺后,能夠根據(jù)自己角色具有的權限訪問相應的內容。 3)基于企業(yè)內部知識搜索準確性考慮,本文利用規(guī)則引擎的易用性和功能完備性,在研究和使用規(guī)則引擎的基礎上,建立一套知識使用規(guī)則,提高查準率。 論文基于上述三點實現(xiàn)一個基于角色訪問控制和規(guī)則引擎的知識搜索系統(tǒng)。用戶根據(jù)對應的角色登錄系統(tǒng),基于用戶自身的角色以及用戶搜索的關鍵字,結合規(guī)則引擎中的使用規(guī)則,向用戶提供相對應的企業(yè)知識。
[Abstract]:In the process of economic development in the 21 st century, knowledge plays a more and more important role. Enterprise knowledge accumulates and precipitates with the development and growth of enterprise, which is an inalienable important wealth of enterprise. In recent years, in order to effectively manage enterprise knowledge, a new enterprise management mode is gradually infiltrating into more and more enterprises, and the enterprise knowledge management platform is becoming more and more mature. These platforms can efficiently integrate all kinds of knowledge within the enterprise, and can use search engine to quickly search the information matching with keywords and content, and provide huge amounts of data for users' reference. To a certain extent, it greatly facilitates the sharing between users. However, the current knowledge management platform still faces some problems. One is that the security of enterprise knowledge access is not considered, the other is that the search engine can guarantee the recall rate of information, but it can not guarantee the precision rate. Based on these two problems, this paper carries out research work. The main contents are as follows: 1) the internal knowledge exists in the knowledge management platform in various carriers, and most of the knowledge is stored in the document format. This paper will study the classification of documents in the field of planning and design under the premise of storing knowledge as documents, and comb the organization structure of documents in this field, so as to facilitate backstage storage and search. 2) considering the security of knowledge based on enterprise. This paper adopts the role-based access control technology. In addition to the original users and permissions, a new concept, role, is added to the system to ensure the security of enterprise knowledge access by establishing a relationship between users and roles, roles and permissions. The privilege management in the system is simplified by using the method of empowering the role. After entering the platform, the user can access the corresponding content according to the authority of his role. 3) considering the accuracy of knowledge search within the enterprise, this paper makes use of the ease of use and functional completeness of the rule engine. On the basis of studying and using rule engine, a set of knowledge usage rules is established to improve precision. In this paper, a knowledge search system based on role access control and rule engine is implemented based on the above three points. According to the corresponding role login system, based on the user's own role and user search keywords, combined with the rules of use in the rules engine, to provide users with the corresponding enterprise knowledge.
