江蘇省三甲醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:目的 在國(guó)家醫(yī)改取得明顯成效的形勢(shì)下,三甲醫(yī)院作為江蘇省醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生行業(yè)的中堅(jiān)力量,需要建立高水平的網(wǎng)站,滿足互聯(lián)網(wǎng)高度發(fā)展下日益增多的患者需求。本研究從分析醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站的概念、目的、必要性、現(xiàn)狀等方面入手,旨在通過(guò)理論研究和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查,了解江蘇省三甲醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀和總體水平,明確、歸納三甲醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站建設(shè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足,結(jié)合醫(yī)患雙方對(duì)醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站建設(shè)的認(rèn)識(shí)、意見(jiàn),探索江蘇省三甲醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站今后建設(shè)及完善的方向及模式,以期能夠在醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體制改革的形勢(shì)下,進(jìn)一步為醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站服務(wù)患者提供更好的建議。 方法 采用自編《江蘇省三甲醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站欄目統(tǒng)計(jì)表》,其中包括建站情況、醫(yī)院宣傳、患者服務(wù)三張分表,通過(guò)搜索引擎查找江蘇省全部50家三甲醫(yī)院的門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行欄目歸類統(tǒng)計(jì),其中綜合醫(yī)院20家、中醫(yī)醫(yī)院11家、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院2家、專科醫(yī)院17家。 采用自編的醫(yī)務(wù)人員和患者《三甲醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》,對(duì)抽樣獲得的南京市6家三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院醫(yī)務(wù)人員和患者隨機(jī)開(kāi)展問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。針對(duì)醫(yī)務(wù)人員和患者分別設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)卷,,問(wèn)題大部分采用客觀選擇題,較少設(shè)有開(kāi)放式問(wèn)題。調(diào)查前對(duì)調(diào)查員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),被調(diào)查對(duì)象當(dāng)場(chǎng)填寫(xiě)后回收。 結(jié)果與結(jié)論 1.江蘇省50家三甲醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站建站率100%,總體而言,這些網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容詳實(shí)豐富、頁(yè)面大方簡(jiǎn)潔、功能豐富實(shí)用,健康常識(shí)教育、就診指南、地理位置及交通信息欄目設(shè)置率最高,依次達(dá)到92%、88%,86%,而電子商務(wù)應(yīng)用、科室網(wǎng)站、信息查詢、醫(yī)患溝通互動(dòng)等設(shè)置率不高且實(shí)際應(yīng)用不大,可以認(rèn)為,江蘇省三甲醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站已基本由信息階段轉(zhuǎn)化為交互階段。 2.江蘇省網(wǎng)上預(yù)約掛號(hào)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)水平較高,84%被調(diào)查的醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站有預(yù)約掛號(hào)服務(wù),多家城市已經(jīng)建立了市級(jí)統(tǒng)一掛號(hào)系統(tǒng),省級(jí)系統(tǒng)在建設(shè)中,雖還沒(méi)得到普遍應(yīng)用,但其便捷性還是讓過(guò)半數(shù)的被調(diào)查的患者表示愿意嘗試。同時(shí)值得關(guān)注的是,預(yù)約服務(wù)在推行過(guò)程中,掛號(hào)成功率低、爽約率高等問(wèn)題又同時(shí)困擾著醫(yī)院。 3.受問(wèn)卷調(diào)查672名醫(yī)務(wù)人員,96.73%的人關(guān)注醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站,95.7%的被調(diào)查的者認(rèn)為醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站比較重要及重要,醫(yī)務(wù)人員對(duì)網(wǎng)上溝通的各種方式還是持樂(lè)觀并愿意嘗試的態(tài)度。對(duì)于醫(yī)務(wù)人員,不論是管理者、醫(yī)生、護(hù)士、還是其他醫(yī)務(wù)工作者,醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站如可以增進(jìn)醫(yī)患溝通、減少不必要的糾紛、簡(jiǎn)化就診就醫(yī)流程等,能給他們節(jié)省時(shí)間與精力,而68.6%的被調(diào)查的者認(rèn)為醫(yī)院管理者對(duì)醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站建設(shè)不太重視。 4.當(dāng)前,患者獲得醫(yī)院信息的主要途徑還是熟人介紹方式,占全部被調(diào)查的者的72.38%,但也有42.84%的人表示網(wǎng)絡(luò)查詢也是獲取信息的重要途徑,患者肯定并重視醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站在方便就醫(yī)中起到的作用,46.1%的人表示醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站要不斷完善才能更好的滿足自己的就醫(yī)需求,同時(shí),雖然患者愿意并要求加強(qiáng)與醫(yī)院的溝通與聯(lián)系,但由于當(dāng)前大醫(yī)院醫(yī)務(wù)人員工作繁忙,三甲醫(yī)院網(wǎng)上互動(dòng)溝通類欄目的時(shí)效性及答復(fù)質(zhì)量不能得到保證,因此更多的患者選擇到醫(yī)院與醫(yī)務(wù)人員面對(duì)面溝通。 建議 醫(yī)院應(yīng)充分利用醫(yī)務(wù)人員及患者對(duì)醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站建設(shè)持積極支持態(tài)度,進(jìn)一步的落實(shí)并強(qiáng)化醫(yī)院管理者對(duì)醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站建設(shè)的關(guān)注與支持,應(yīng)以患者為中心,提供個(gè)性化服務(wù);醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站的語(yǔ)言版本有待豐富,擴(kuò)大對(duì)外交流能力;應(yīng)結(jié)合信息化建設(shè),豐富信息共享與查詢功能內(nèi)涵;應(yīng)嘗試網(wǎng)站電子商務(wù)功能的開(kāi)發(fā);應(yīng)利用網(wǎng)站加強(qiáng)醫(yī)患網(wǎng)上交流,使醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站成為醫(yī)院服務(wù)的重要形式,成為醫(yī)患之間加強(qiáng)溝通理解的橋梁。 衛(wèi)生行政部門(mén)應(yīng)注意結(jié)合本地醫(yī)院發(fā)展水平及患者需求情況,制定不同等級(jí)醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站考核具體指標(biāo),督促醫(yī)院管理者重視醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站建設(shè),不斷提高醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站建設(shè)水平。
[Abstract]:objective
Under the situation of national medical reform, three a hospital, as the backbone of the medical and health industry in Jiangsu Province, needs to establish a high level website to meet the increasing demand of the patients under the high development of the Internet. This study aims at analyzing the concept, purpose, necessity and status of the hospital website, aiming at theoretical research. And field investigation, to understand the status and overall level of the website construction of Jiangsu three a hospital, clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the website construction of three a hospital, and to explore the direction and mode of the construction and improvement of the website of the three a hospital of Jiangsu Province in order to improve the medical and health system. Under the circumstances of the leather industry, we will further provide better advice for patients in hospital websites.
Method
The website of "three a" Hospital of Jiangsu province was compiled, which included the station situation, the hospital propaganda and the patient service three sub tables. Through the search engine, the portal websites of all 50 three A hospitals in Jiangsu province were searched for the column classification statistics, including 20 comprehensive hospitals, 11 Chinese Medical hospitals, 2 traditional Chinese and western hospitals and 17 specialist hospitals. Using self compiled medical staff and patients' website construction status questionnaire of three a hospital, the questionnaire survey was carried out randomly on medical personnel and patients in 6 grade A hospitals in Nanjing city. The questionnaires were designed for medical personnel and patients respectively. Most of the problems were objective choice questions and fewer open questions. Investigators conducted training and unified standards, and the respondents were filled on the spot and recovered.
Results and conclusions
1. the site rate of 50 third one hospitals in Jiangsu province is 100%. In general, these websites are rich in content, generous and concise, functional and practical, healthy and common sense education, medical guide, geographical location and traffic information column rate is the highest, reaching 92%, 88%, 86%, and electronic commerce application, Department website, information inquiry, doctor-patient communication and communication. 2. proposal
The hospital should take full advantage of the positive support attitude of medical personnel and patients to the construction of hospital website, further implement and strengthen the attention and support of hospital administrators to the construction of hospital website. We should take patients as the center and provide personalized service; the language version of the hospital website needs to be rich and rich in foreign communication; it should be combined with information technology. Construction should enrich the function connotation of information sharing and inquiry; we should try to develop the function of Electronic Commerce on the website. We should use the website to strengthen the communication between doctors and patients on the Internet, make the hospital website become an important form of hospital service, and become a bridge to strengthen the understanding between doctors and patients.
The Department of health administration should pay attention to the development level of local hospitals and the needs of the patients, formulate specific indicators for the examination of different levels of hospital websites, urge the hospital administrators to attach importance to the construction of hospital websites, and constantly improve the level of hospital website construction.
