【摘要】:近年來(lái),中國(guó)高校校友服務(wù)工作取得了顯著的發(fā)展,各個(gè)高校已經(jīng)充分認(rèn)識(shí)到了校友資源的重要性,然而以蘭州大學(xué)為代表的高校校友服務(wù)質(zhì)量仍未達(dá)到預(yù)期,服務(wù)體系仍待進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化。首先,文章以新公共服務(wù)、高校公共關(guān)系、高校校友服務(wù)、高校信息化建設(shè)、搜索引擎及數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)技術(shù)、聯(lián)機(jī)分析處理(OLAP)等相關(guān)理論為指導(dǎo),系統(tǒng)論述了中國(guó)高等院校校友服務(wù)工作的總體趨勢(shì)以及發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家、地區(qū)成功高等院校在校友服務(wù)工作方面的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn);其次,文章以前述理論成果為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)蘭州大學(xué)校友服務(wù)工作的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,分析其中存在的問(wèn)題以及造成這些問(wèn)題的根本原因;最后,文章提出蘭州大學(xué)校友服務(wù)體系優(yōu)化的具體方法和對(duì)策。 文章通過(guò)研究,得出以下主要結(jié)論:1、蘭州大學(xué)校友服務(wù)體系優(yōu)化應(yīng)主要從以下幾方面開(kāi)展:鞏固角色定位,增強(qiáng)服務(wù)意識(shí);加快隊(duì)伍建設(shè),完善組織結(jié)構(gòu);規(guī)范服務(wù)內(nèi)容,促進(jìn)服務(wù)流程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化;加快校友服務(wù)工作信息化建設(shè);健全校友服務(wù)質(zhì)量的考評(píng)機(jī)制。2、構(gòu)建由服務(wù)管理部、校友聯(lián)誼部、捐贈(zèng)資金管理部、行政事務(wù)管理部組成的扁平化的校友服務(wù)工作組織機(jī)構(gòu),并針對(duì)不同部門對(duì)其業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)容和服務(wù)流程進(jìn)行規(guī)范。3、在校友服務(wù)工作信息化建設(shè)方面,首先構(gòu)建面向主題的蘭州大學(xué)校友資源搜索引擎;其次構(gòu)建中文人物信息采集系統(tǒng);最后采用聯(lián)機(jī)分析處理技術(shù)(OLAP),提高校友服務(wù)工作的效率。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the work of alumni service in colleges and universities in China has made remarkable progress. Each university has fully realized the importance of alumni resources. However, the quality of alumni service represented by Lanzhou University is still not up to expectations. The service system still needs to be further optimized. First of all, the article is guided by new public service, university public relations, university alumni service, university information construction, search engine and data warehousing technology, online analytical processing (OLAP) and other related theories. This paper systematically discusses the general trend of alumni service in Chinese colleges and universities and the advanced experience of successful universities and colleges in developed countries and regions in the work of alumni service. Secondly, the article is based on the above-mentioned theoretical results. This paper studies the current situation of alumni service in Lanzhou University, analyzes the existing problems and the root causes of these problems. Finally, the paper puts forward the specific methods and countermeasures for optimizing the alumni service system of Lanzhou University. This paper draws the following main conclusions: 1, the optimization of alumni service system of Lanzhou University should be carried out mainly from the following aspects: consolidating the role orientation, strengthening service consciousness, speeding up the construction of the team, perfecting the organization structure, standardizing the service content, To promote the standardization of service flow; to speed up the construction of information for alumni service; to improve the examination and evaluation mechanism of alumni service quality; to build up the departments of service management, alumni fellowship, donation funds management, The flattened alumni service organization composed of the administrative affairs management department, and aiming at different departments to standardize the business content and service flow, in the aspect of the information construction of alumni service work, Firstly, we construct the topic oriented alumni resource search engine of Lanzhou University; secondly, we construct the Chinese character information collection system; finally, we use online Analytical processing (OLAP) technology to improve the efficiency of alumni service.
