【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的搜索引擎已經(jīng)成為目前檢索專利信息的主要途徑,但是,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的搜索引擎一般采用在檢索框中輸入包含檢索元素、檢索條件和邏輯運算的檢索式形式的"一步式"檢索方式,當檢索結果不符合預期時,則需要不斷地重新調(diào)整新的檢索元素和檢索條件,因此,在采用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)搜索引擎的對專利的技術方案進行檢索時,其效率非常低。為此,本文通過重點介紹"專利之星"專利檢索系統(tǒng)的專家檢索功能,來探討如何針對專利的技術方案進行高效的精細化檢索的策略。
[Abstract]:The search engine of the Internet has become the main way to retrieve patent information at present. However, the search engines on the Internet generally use the input in the search box to include retrieval elements. "one-step" retrieval in the form of search conditions and logical operations requires constant readjustment of new retrieval elements and conditions when the retrieval results do not meet expectations, so, When using Internet search engine to search patent technology, its efficiency is very low. For this reason, this paper mainly introduces the expert retrieval function of Patent Star Patent Retrieval system, and discusses how to carry out highly efficient and refined retrieval strategy in view of the technical scheme of patent.
