【摘要】：本文的研究工作是結合大慶油田有限責任公司第五采油廠科技攻關項目《采油廠專業(yè)知識庫建設方法及管理系統(tǒng)研究》同步進行的。該科技攻關項目已達到了課題研究目標和規(guī)定的各項經(jīng)濟技術指標，于2012年底通過廠科技項目認定，并在現(xiàn)場得到了的實際應用。2013年管理系統(tǒng)已在油田公司第五采油廠進行全面推廣，來自生產(chǎn)一線的反饋對管理系統(tǒng)給予了充分的肯定。 論文作者是該項課題研究的負責人，也是采油廠專業(yè)知識庫管理系統(tǒng)的主要開發(fā)人。本文結合油田開發(fā)生產(chǎn)實際開展課題研究，主要關注采油廠專業(yè)知識庫管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與應用，所有研究工作均本著實現(xiàn)企業(yè)對知識的有效管理的目的，力求通過管理系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)信息和知識有序化，保護知識資產(chǎn)，加快知識和信息的流動，便于知識共享與交流，支持組織或團隊的協(xié)作與溝通，實現(xiàn)知識檢索應用，提升知識價值等多項功能。本文將通過詳細討論采油廠專業(yè)知識庫管理系統(tǒng)的設計分別闡述以上功能的實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The research work of this paper is carried out synchronously in combination with the scientific and technological research project of the fifth oil production plant of Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. < Construction method and Management system Research of specialized knowledge Base in Oil production Plant. The scientific and technological research project has already reached the research objectives of the project and the various economic and technological indicators stipulated by the project, and was confirmed by the plant science and technology project at the end of 2012. The management system has been popularized in the fifth oil production plant of oilfield company in 2013, and the feedback from the production line gives a full affirmation to the management system. The author is the principal of the research and the main developer of the professional knowledge base management system. This paper focuses on the development and application of the professional knowledge base management system in oil production plant. All the research work is aimed at realizing the effective management of knowledge in the enterprise. We strive to realize the ordering of information and knowledge through management systems, protect knowledge assets, speed up the flow of knowledge and information, facilitate knowledge sharing and exchange, support collaboration and communication between organizations or teams, and realize the application of knowledge retrieval. Enhance the value of knowledge and other functions. In this paper, the design of knowledge base management system for oil production plant is discussed in detail.
