基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)文本內(nèi)容分析的鄉(xiāng)村旅游形象感知研究——以濟(jì)南朱家峪為例

【摘要】:運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)文本內(nèi)容分析法研究游客對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村旅游目的地形象的感知,選取朱家峪古村作為案例地。通過(guò)百度、google等搜索引擎以及各旅游網(wǎng)站,獲得關(guān)于朱家峪的網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)論347條,游記8篇,利用文本挖掘軟件提取出游客對(duì)朱家峪感知形象的60個(gè)高頻詞匯,將其分為動(dòng)機(jī)與行為、景區(qū)環(huán)境、景區(qū)景點(diǎn)、休閑娛樂(lè)、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)要素等5類。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),游客對(duì)朱家峪的旅游形象感知多傾向于積極方面,"闖關(guān)東""古村落"是最深刻的印象,消極感知來(lái)自于門票價(jià)格、旅游設(shè)施等方面。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步提出旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的改造、古村文化的挖掘、營(yíng)銷方式的創(chuàng)新、服務(wù)人員的培訓(xùn)等鄉(xiāng)村旅游目的地形象提升的建議。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the tourists' perception of the rural tourism destination image by using the network text content analysis method, and chooses Zhujiayu ancient village as a case study place. Through search engines such as Baidu and Google and various travel websites, 347 comments and 8 travel notes about Zhujiayu were obtained. 60 high-frequency words perceived by tourists to the image of Zhujiayu were extracted by using text mining software and divided into motivation and behavior. Scenic area environment, scenic spots, leisure and entertainment, tourism industry elements and other 5 categories. The study found that tourists' perception of Zhujiayu's tourism image tends to be positive, "Chuang Guandong" and "ancient village" are the most impressive, negative perception comes from ticket price, tourist facilities and so on. On this basis, some suggestions are put forward, such as the reconstruction of tourism infrastructure, the excavation of ancient village culture, the innovation of marketing methods, the training of service personnel, and so on.
