無線城市信息庫的用戶興趣模型的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:作為智慧城市在中國的應用,無線城市項目的提出旨在解決市民生活信息化問題。無線城市的核心是如何將城市中大量的數(shù)據(jù)進行收集、整合和處理,并將處理之后的數(shù)據(jù)轉化為信息提供給應用使用。與此同時,數(shù)據(jù)的處理離不開無線城市最終的受眾即用戶的參與,如何避免信息過載問題的出現(xiàn),將數(shù)據(jù)轉化為有實際意義和用戶感興趣的信息是無線城市亟待解決的問題。 作為無線城市的核心模塊,信息庫系統(tǒng)運用知識工程和知識庫的概念與方法,對無線城市中涉及的海量數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)一的模型存儲、映射和關聯(lián)分析。信息庫的功能是實現(xiàn)無序數(shù)據(jù)的規(guī)則化,并發(fā)掘信息之間的關聯(lián)性,為最大限度的聚合信息和滿足用戶的個性化需求而服務。信息庫負責實現(xiàn)的是從數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)抽取、數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)建模、數(shù)據(jù)加工到用戶推薦這一系列流程。 信息庫中的核心概念是信息與用戶。用戶興趣模型研究的正是如何在用戶最少的參與下,分析用戶的行為路徑,發(fā)掘用戶的興趣所在。信息庫系統(tǒng)中的用戶興趣模型,是在傳統(tǒng)用戶興趣模型基礎上,針對無線城市海量數(shù)據(jù)和不同類別應用而提出的。它的目標是對無線城市中海量無規(guī)律的數(shù)據(jù)進行處理,并分析其中與用戶相關的信息,將所有與用戶相關聯(lián)的信息進行加工整理,從而實現(xiàn)用戶興趣的模型化記錄和表達。同時,基于用戶興趣模型實現(xiàn)包括推薦系統(tǒng)和搜索引擎在內的服務功能,為用戶推薦其感興趣的結果,驗證模型的可行性和效率,從而更好地修正和更新興趣模型。 本文的主要工作可以歸納如下: (1)分析無線城市的實際需求和應用場景,總結歸納無線城市數(shù)據(jù)特性,提出無線城市信息庫的設計思路和實現(xiàn)方案。 (2)分析傳統(tǒng)用戶興趣模型的優(yōu)缺點,結合無線城市信息庫的特質,提出無線城市信息庫用戶興趣模型的處理流程。 (3)按照數(shù)學建模的思想,結合統(tǒng)計學、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、自然語言處理和圖論的知識與算法,設計用戶信息相關度模型、用戶內容相關度模型和用戶行為相關度模型,并實現(xiàn)模型融合技術。 (4)實現(xiàn)用戶興趣模型的自動化更新,結合搜索引擎和推薦系統(tǒng)的功能,實現(xiàn)基于用戶興趣模型的服務,并解決冷啟動問題。 (5)討論無線城市信息庫用戶興趣模型的通用性和推廣方法,為其它系統(tǒng)采用此用戶興趣模型提出建議。 (6)結合推薦系統(tǒng)的測試方法和評測指標,將本系統(tǒng)提出的方法與傳統(tǒng)用戶興趣模型的方法進行對比和結果分析,驗證效果。
[Abstract]:As the application of Intelligent City in China, wireless city project is put forward to solve the problem of informatization of citizen life. The core of wireless city is how to collect, integrate and process a large amount of data in the city, and convert the processed data into information for application. At the same time, the processing of data can not be separated from the wireless. The final audience of the city, the participation of users, how to avoid the emergence of information overload, and transform the data into practical and user interested information is an urgent problem to be solved in the wireless city.
As the core module of the wireless city, the information base system uses the concepts and methods of knowledge engineering and knowledge base to carry out unified model storage, mapping and association analysis of massive data involved in the wireless city. The function of the information base is to realize the regularization of disordered data, the association of the data and the maximum aggregation. Information and service to meet the personalized needs of the user. The information base is responsible for implementing the series of processes from data collection, data extraction, data analysis, data modeling, data processing to user recommendation.
The core concept in the information base is information and users. The research on user interest model is how to analyze the user's behavior path and discover the user's interest under the least user participation. The user interest model in the information base system is based on the traditional user interest model, which aims at the massive data of the wireless city and the different kind. The goal is to deal with the irregular data in the wireless city, analyze the information related to the user, and process all the information associated with the user, so as to realize the model recording and expression of the user's interest, and the implementation of the user interest model, including the recommendation system and the search. The service function of the engine is used to recommend the result of interest to the user, verify the feasibility and efficiency of the model, so as to better modify and update the interest model.
The main work of this article can be summed up as follows:
(1) analyze the actual needs and application scenarios of wireless cities, summarize the characteristics of wireless city data, and put forward the design idea and implementation plan of wireless city information base.
(2) analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional user interest model, and combining the characteristics of the wireless city information base, we propose the processing flow of the user interest model of the wireless city information base.
(3) according to the idea of mathematical modeling, combining statistics, data mining, knowledge and algorithms of Natural Language Processing and graph theory, we design user information correlation model, user content correlation model and user behavior correlation model, and realize model fusion technology.
(4) the automatic update of the user interest model, the function of the search engine and the recommendation system, the service based on the user interest model, and the cold start problem.
(5) discuss the universality and promotion method of user interest model of wireless city information base, and provide suggestions for other systems to adopt this user interest model.
(6) according to the test method and evaluation index of the recommendation system, the method of this system is compared with the traditional user interest model, and the results are analyzed and the results are verified.
