區(qū)域醫(yī)療本體知識(shí)庫(kù)構(gòu)建及其語(yǔ)義應(yīng)用

【摘要】:2012年中國(guó)的semantic web技術(shù)應(yīng)用得到了爆發(fā)性的增長(zhǎng),semantic web技術(shù)帶來(lái)的便捷效用和語(yǔ)義搜索引擎的自然語(yǔ)言解析檢索能力讓我們對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)有了全新的認(rèn)識(shí)。近兩年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生行業(yè)信息化工作由局部信息化建設(shè)向區(qū)域信息化建設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)變,semantic web技術(shù)也逐漸被應(yīng)用到醫(yī)療信息行業(yè)中來(lái),在實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生數(shù)據(jù)的自然語(yǔ)言檢索功能方面做出了一些嘗試,同時(shí)配合ontology技術(shù)構(gòu)建出了各類專業(yè)化醫(yī)學(xué)本體知識(shí)庫(kù)用以醫(yī)學(xué)醫(yī)理研究,在醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生信息化行業(yè)取得了豐碩的成果。但是目前在實(shí)際醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)的語(yǔ)義化檢索方面還缺乏研究和探索,特別是基于國(guó)家數(shù)據(jù)元規(guī)范的區(qū)域內(nèi)關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中儲(chǔ)存有大量的臨床衛(wèi)生數(shù)據(jù),如何解決針對(duì)這部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)的語(yǔ)義檢索和分析是本文的重點(diǎn)。 針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,本文在深入學(xué)習(xí)semantic web與ontology技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合分析醫(yī)療信息數(shù)據(jù)元標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與醫(yī)療信息交換標(biāo)準(zhǔn),,對(duì)semantic web與ontology技術(shù)在區(qū)域醫(yī)療信息化建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用作了創(chuàng)新性和探索性的研究。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容為: 1.深入學(xué)習(xí)和對(duì)比分析了醫(yī)療信息本體知識(shí)庫(kù)的構(gòu)建方法、構(gòu)建流程與自動(dòng)、半自動(dòng)與手工構(gòu)建方法的優(yōu)劣對(duì)別。選定并探索性的設(shè)計(jì)了手工構(gòu)建本體知識(shí)庫(kù)的流程方案和系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架。 2.詳細(xì)研究了國(guó)家頒布的數(shù)據(jù)元標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的結(jié)構(gòu)、內(nèi)容及其在醫(yī)療信息交換過(guò)程中的應(yīng)用方法與實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)。在此基礎(chǔ)對(duì)國(guó)標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理、篩選和復(fù)用。于此基礎(chǔ)上創(chuàng)新性的提出了,基于國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)構(gòu)建醫(yī)學(xué)本體知識(shí)庫(kù)的設(shè)想。 3.研究分析HL7CDA技術(shù)在解決異構(gòu)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)間的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生信息傳遞、交換過(guò)程中的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案與技術(shù)路線。并首次設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建了基于CDA數(shù)據(jù)集的映射引擎。 4.完成了基于國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)元手工構(gòu)建醫(yī)學(xué)信息學(xué)本體知識(shí)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)與構(gòu)建工程,并通過(guò)CDA Schema技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了本體知識(shí)庫(kù)到關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的映射,實(shí)現(xiàn)了區(qū)域關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的語(yǔ)義檢索與查詢功能。并為后續(xù)語(yǔ)義應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā)打下了基礎(chǔ)。 5.探索性的對(duì)比基于國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)元構(gòu)建的醫(yī)學(xué)信息學(xué)本體知識(shí)庫(kù)與其他醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域內(nèi)本體知識(shí)庫(kù)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The semantic web technology application in China in 2012 has gained an explosive increase in the convenience of semantic web technology and the natural language parsing and retrieval ability of semantic search engines, which has given us a new understanding of Internet technology in the last two years. With the transformation of medical and health industry informatization from local information construction to regional information construction, semantic web technology has been gradually applied to the medical information industry. Some attempts have been made to realize the function of natural language retrieval of medical and health data. At the same time, various kinds of specialized medical ontology knowledge base have been constructed with ontology technology for medical medical science research. Great achievements have been made in the medical and health information industry. However, there is still a lack of research and exploration in the semantic retrieval of actual medical data. In particular, there are a large number of clinical health data stored in the regional relational database based on the national data metadata specification. How to solve the semantic retrieval and analysis of this part of data is the focus of this paper. In order to solve the above problems, based on the in-depth study of semantic web and ontology technology, this paper combines the analysis of medical information data metadata standard and medical information exchange standard. The application of semantic web and ontology technology in the construction of regional medical information is studied in this paper. The main contents are as follows:. 1. Deeply studying and comparing the method of constructing medical information ontology knowledge base, constructing process and automaticity. The advantages and disadvantages of semi-automatic and manual construction methods are compared. The flow scheme and system framework of manual construction of ontology knowledge base are selected and explored. 2. The structure, content, application method and realization technology of the data metadata standard issued by the state are studied in detail. On this basis, the data of the national standard are sorted out. Screening and reuse. On the basis of this, an innovative idea of constructing medical ontology knowledge base based on national standards is put forward. 3. The implementation scheme and technical route of HL7CDA technology in the process of health information transmission and exchange between heterogeneous medical institutions are studied and analyzed, and the mapping engine based on CDA data set is designed for the first time. 4. The design and construction of medical informatics ontology knowledge base based on national standard data element is completed, and the mapping from ontology knowledge base to relational database is realized by CDA Schema technology. The semantic retrieval and query functions of the regional relational database are realized, and the foundation is laid for the subsequent development of semantic application. 5. The advantages and disadvantages of medical informatics ontology knowledge base based on national standard data element are compared with that of other medical field ontology knowledge base.
