【摘要】： Internet貯存著豐富的信息資源，但大多數(shù)分散無序，用戶難 以獲取自己所需的信息，因此各信息機(jī)構(gòu)紛紛加入信息組織的行 列，圖書情報(bào)工作者更應(yīng)意識到時(shí)代賦予我們的責(zé)任，充分利用 自己豐富的圖書情報(bào)知識與經(jīng)驗(yàn)，加強(qiáng)對網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源組織的研 究。 近年來，國外學(xué)者從實(shí)用的角度出發(fā)，重視對網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源 組織的研究，如信息資源的評價(jià)、選擇、分類、編目等；一些圖 書情報(bào)部門則開展一些重大的實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目，如InternetCat、 INFOMINE、CAMEL等，并取得了可喜的成效。國內(nèi)學(xué)者的研究 大多基于理論構(gòu)建，而對其組織技術(shù)、方法及實(shí)例等方面的研究 相對較少。 本文則在國外網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源組織研究前沿與實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上， 吸取國內(nèi)學(xué)者的理論與方法，結(jié)合自己多年的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對這一 課題進(jìn)行研究。文章分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源的類型、特點(diǎn)及用戶需 求，提出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源的評價(jià)與選擇的指標(biāo)體系，比較了信息 組織的主要形式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，，探討了網(wǎng)絡(luò)分類體系與傳統(tǒng)分類法在 組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源的利弊，提出了拓展《中圖法》網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能的設(shè) 想，并設(shè)計(jì)了中文網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源分類體系的基本框架，最后闡析 了MARC與DC對網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源的組織，列舉了具體的操作實(shí)例， 并展望了網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源編目組織的發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:Internet stores abundant information resources, but most of them are scattered and disordered, so it is difficult for users to use them. Library and information workers should be more aware of the responsibilities entrusted to us by the times and make full use of them. Own abundant library information knowledge and experience, strengthens the research to the network information resources organization. Research. Organized research, such as evaluation, selection, classification, cataloguing of information resources; some diagrams. The book intelligence agency is carrying out some major experimental projects, such as Internet Cat. INFOMINEI CAMEL, et al, and achieved gratifying results. Research by domestic Scholars. Most of them are based on theoretical construction, and research on organization technology, methods and examples, etc. Relatively few. This paper is based on the research frontier and practice of network information resource organization abroad. Drawing on the theories and methods of domestic scholars and combining with their own practical experience for many years, This paper analyzes the types, characteristics and users' needs of network information resources. The index system of evaluation and selection of network information resources is put forward, and the information is compared. The advantages and disadvantages of the main forms of organization are discussed. The network classification system and the traditional classification method are discussed in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of organizing network information resources are put forward, and the design of expanding the network function of "Chinese Library Classification" is put forward. The basic frame of the classification system of Chinese network information resources is designed, and the final analysis is given. The organization of network information resources by MARC and DC is given. The development trend of the cataloguing organization of network information resources is prospected.
