【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)的普及和因特網(wǎng)的出現(xiàn),人們所處的信息環(huán)境也變得越來越復(fù)雜,網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的爆炸式增長給人們獲取信息造成了很大阻礙。然而,網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的巨大潛力也是我們不能忽視的,因特網(wǎng)所包含的海量信息比任何一個(gè)圖書館的信息資源都要豐富的多,其中,網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息也占有很大的比例。如何將網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息進(jìn)行有效的組織和控制,形成一個(gè)巨大的網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息庫,方便用戶上傳和檢索信息資源,是當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息組織的重要課題,而學(xué)術(shù)博客這樣一種信息組織模式正好契合了上述要求。 本文以學(xué)術(shù)博客和信息組織在國內(nèi)外的研究成果為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合自身的理論知識(shí)以及調(diào)查研究結(jié)果,找出學(xué)術(shù)博客在信息組織工作中的不足,以優(yōu)化學(xué)術(shù)博客信息組織模式為視角對網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息組織這一課題進(jìn)行了探討。 本文主要分為三個(gè)部分。第一部分是基礎(chǔ)理論部分,對學(xué)術(shù)博客和信息組織的相關(guān)概念分別進(jìn)行了闡述,并且引出了學(xué)術(shù)博客信息組織方式的研究,從技術(shù),博主的自組織以及博客網(wǎng)站之間三個(gè)方面闡述了學(xué)術(shù)博客的信息組織方式；第二部分是分析問題的部分,通過對學(xué)術(shù)博客進(jìn)行橫向和縱向的分析找出學(xué)術(shù)博客信息組織模式的缺點(diǎn)和不足。橫向分析指的是將學(xué)術(shù)博客與其他信息組織模式的進(jìn)行比較研究,通過對搜索引擎、學(xué)科信息門戶、數(shù)字圖書館等其他信息組織模式的介紹,以及對其特點(diǎn)的分析,將以上三個(gè)信息組織模式與學(xué)術(shù)博客進(jìn)行比較。縱向分析指的是通過問卷調(diào)查法,實(shí)際調(diào)研現(xiàn)有學(xué)術(shù)博客門戶網(wǎng)站功能服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,主要調(diào)查用戶對學(xué)術(shù)博客網(wǎng)站的功能設(shè)計(jì)與信息資源的滿意度；第三部分是本文的核心部分,主要是通過上面的分析和研究,針對學(xué)術(shù)博客的缺點(diǎn)與不足,提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化策略,最終對學(xué)術(shù)博客的信息組織模式進(jìn)行整體構(gòu)建,包括整體框架、功能設(shè)計(jì)以及模塊分析,從功能和服務(wù)的角度構(gòu)建一個(gè)全新的學(xué)術(shù)博客信息組織模式,以期促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息的組織和交流,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)信息的利用率。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of computers and the emergence of the Internet, the information environment in which people live has become more and more complex. The explosive growth of network information has greatly hindered people's access to information. However, The enormous potential of network information is also something we can't ignore. The vast amount of information contained in the Internet is much richer than the information resources of any library, among which, Network academic information also occupies a large proportion. How to organize and control network academic information effectively, form a huge network academic information database, facilitate users to upload and retrieve information resources, It is an important topic of the network academic information organization at present, and the academic blog is a kind of information organization mode that just accords with the above request. Based on the research results of academic blogs and information organizations at home and abroad, combining with their own theoretical knowledge and research results, this paper finds out the shortcomings of academic blogs in the work of information organization. This paper discusses the topic of network academic information organization from the perspective of optimizing the information organization mode of academic blog. This paper is mainly divided into three parts. The first part is the basic theory part, which explains the related concepts of academic blog and information organization, and leads to the research of the information organization mode of academic blog. The information organization of academic blog is discussed in three aspects: the second part is the analysis of the problem. Through the horizontal and vertical analysis of academic blog to find out the shortcomings and shortcomings of the information organization model of academic blog. Horizontal analysis refers to the comparative study of academic blog and other information organization mode, through the search engine, The introduction of other information organization models, such as subject information portal, digital library, and the analysis of their characteristics, compare the above three information organization models with academic blogs. The third part is the core part of this paper, which is mainly through the above analysis and research. Aiming at the shortcomings and shortcomings of academic blog, this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy, and finally constructs the information organization mode of academic blog as a whole, including the whole framework, function design and module analysis. In order to promote the organization and exchange of network academic information and improve the utilization rate of network academic information, a new model of academic blog information organization is constructed from the angle of function and service.
