【摘要】：每年的全球洪水災(zāi)害奪走了無數(shù)人的生命。它對經(jīng)濟、企業(yè)和家庭都造成了嚴(yán)重破壞。洪水是一種被客觀記錄在冊的代價極高的自然災(zāi)害,它給基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和農(nóng)業(yè)帶來了巨大的人力損失和經(jīng)濟負(fù)擔(dān)。由于氣候變化加劇,格林納達(dá)常受洪災(zāi)影響。在此背景之下,盡管現(xiàn)存的關(guān)于格林納達(dá)的數(shù)據(jù)和材料十分有限。本研究的目的是基于現(xiàn)狀資料整理探討出適合格林納達(dá)圣喬治的防洪計劃。本研究采取概率風(fēng)險分析法,繪制出研究范圍,確定區(qū)域中的土地利用情況,并計算人口增長及人口紅利期,以便預(yù)測未來可能發(fā)生的情況并提出相應(yīng)的合適解決方案。結(jié)果表明,在島上實施抗洪災(zāi)策略可以極大改善人們的經(jīng)濟、健康和社會生活面貌。
