三維地震波法超前地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào)在引漢濟(jì)渭工程TBM施工中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:秦嶺隧洞橫穿秦嶺底部,工程地質(zhì)條件極其復(fù)雜多變,具有大埋深、高應(yīng)力、高水壓、大流量的突出特點(diǎn),修建過(guò)程將會(huì)遇到大塌方、巖爆、突涌水、大埋深條件下的軟弱圍巖大變形等多種特殊地質(zhì)問(wèn)題,準(zhǔn)確預(yù)報(bào)施工前方的不良地質(zhì)體,采取有效的防治對(duì)策,對(duì)保證工程的順利實(shí)施及施工人員、設(shè)備的安全至關(guān)重要。TBM因其空間狹窄、設(shè)備儀器耐用性差、電磁干擾等因素限制,常規(guī)的超前地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào)方法無(wú)法適用于其施工段的地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào)工作,在引漢濟(jì)渭工程隧洞工程中引入三維地震波法進(jìn)行了兩次探索與嘗試。研究結(jié)果表明,三維地震波法對(duì)隧洞前方不良地質(zhì)體預(yù)報(bào)預(yù)測(cè)有較好的正相關(guān)響應(yīng),是適用于TBM施工的超前地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào)的高效手段之一。該技術(shù)在引漢濟(jì)渭工程秦嶺隧道TBM嶺北施工段掘進(jìn)中預(yù)報(bào)了前方地質(zhì)信息、動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)圍巖質(zhì)量,尤其為K51+597.6位置TBM卡機(jī)脫困方案的制定及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地提供了前方地質(zhì)情況,對(duì)TBM施工段的超前地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào)具一定參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Qinling tunnel traversing the bottom of Qinling Mountains, the engineering geological conditions are extremely complex and changeable, with the outstanding characteristics of large buried depth, high stress, high water pressure and large flow rate, the construction process will encounter many special geological problems, such as large collapse, rock burst, water inrush, large deformation of weak surrounding rock under the condition of large buried depth, accurately predict the bad geological bodies in front of the construction, and take effective prevention and control countermeasures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and the construction personnel. The safety of equipment is very important. TBM is limited by its narrow space, poor durability of equipment and instruments, electromagnetic interference and other factors, so the conventional advanced geological prediction method can not be applied to the geological prediction of its construction section. Three-dimensional seismic wave method has been introduced into the tunnel project of the Han-Ji-Wei project. The results show that the three-dimensional seismic wave method has a good positive correlation response to the prediction and prediction of bad geological bodies in front of the tunnel, and it is one of the efficient methods for advanced geological prediction suitable for TBM construction. This technique forecasts the geological information in front of TBM Lingbei construction section of Qinling Tunnel in Qinling Tunnel of Han-Ji-Wei Project, and dynamically evaluates the quality of surrounding rock, especially provides the forward geological situation for the formulation of K51 597.6 position TBM card machine to extricate itself from difficulties, and has certain reference value for the advanced geological prediction of TBM construction section.
